You should run summer seminar programmes to retrain older paper-based generations of historians who still dominate western university positions... in short, outreach activities. Would be great if they will do what they promise. The university is extremely biased againt women. Permanent positions are attributed without any transparency to guys that are ready to compromise ethically. Sad that instead to they prefer putting in the spotlight the department of gender equality that does nothing at all for women. They do not even protect pregnant women from being sent to labs to work with substances toxic to their babys. They are just a way to excuse the fact that the University is biased.
