I liked the video! I mostly play a melee build focused on attack speed killing them faster than they can kill me. Here's my thoughts on how you can maybe help yourself with the last part :D I think you just need something to increase your healing especially for Apocalypse difficulty. A good healing item if you're playing solo and don't have any summons is the Soul Healer Artifact which can heal you at the cost of souls. Another way to save yourself from being one shot is the Death Barter enchantment, which takes the first 150/100/50 emeralds you collect to save you from death. Radiance is also a good healing enchantment for fast to moderately paced melee weapons, having a 20% chance to heal you every hit. Radiance comes an bows with Radiance Shot and an increase to 50% to trigger but since the healing AoE spawns at the hit location it isn't too useful while solo (Assuming you're using the bow at range). I used to use a Rapid Crossbow with Accelerate and Radiance Shot which was worked pretty good, though. With enough healing you can survive most encounters, even with Threat x3 or several mystery modifiers. I like to fight up close and personal so these work pretty well for me but they may or may not work for you 😅👍
The lightning rod was doing more damage sometimes because your bow had void strike Banners give you an extra reward if you complete the mission with them, don't bother picking up more then one unless you like pain (also I laughed so hard at that deflect)
Brooo that makes so much more sense, I wish I knew that for all of the raid captains lol, also I'm so upset about the deflected arrow but it was so funny 🤣
You should get a „iron hide amulet“ it’s an artifact which makes you much more tanky for a not that small amount of time. You can get it in Fiery Forge Underhalls Lower Temple Dingy Jungle (DLC) Treetop Tangle Coral Rise (DLC) Merchants gl
Threat banners increase the difficulty of the mission by 1. So for example you go from apocalypse 4 to 5 when you pick up a threat banner. Mystery banners add a random modifier from a really long list of possible ones. There are some modifiers that are not too bad, but most of them are deadly. Picking up any banner will give you an extra reward at the end of the mission. Picking up one threat banner for the extra reward is usually fine. But mystery banners are an absolute no go unless you enjoy agony.
There is another enchantment called enigma resonator. It is basically critical hit but the more souls you have, the higher chance of you hitting a crit. (It is also a common enchantment instead of a powerful one, so it costs less souls then critical hit) You can also stack this with Critical Hit itself, dealing around 9X Damage if you get both on the same hit
Anima conduit heals you 8% for each visible soul you collect. So it heals you just 8% even if you have +16 soul gathering. It's still op, I use anima conduit as healing on my main build. It's also nice that it heals you the same amount regardless at what powerlevel it is, so you will be fine using a low power bow with anima conduit even on apocalypse +25. And it only takes 6 enchantment points so that you can use all your remaining points on making your melee and armor stronger
