I own a Moog One and a Matriarch. I've still yet to see or hear why the Muse will benefit us One owners. But if something surfaces from Moog's official video/release then I will have open ears.
@@lb2696 oh I totally agree. And will most likley be recommending it to everyone. I think its a great synth, given what we now know about it after today's release. I guess the main offer it has for Moog One owners is to downgrade to it and buy other synths with the extra money. Which isn't a bad idea. But that option isnt logical for me personally.. It sounds more like a Jupiter 8 to me than a Moog Polysynth. Which isn't bad either. I give the Muse two thumbs up, for sure.
Right…it’s not 8 grand. That’s the main deal…somehow the one missed the mark..I don’t see it on stage.. in fact I seem to see the prophet 8 on stage quite a bit not even pro 6 that much so that is interesting.
@@markaprill6501 I don't think anyone is willing to lug around a Moog one haha. It's very heavy, and to bring such an expensive synth on the road would be a headache to deal with. The Muse is so much smaller and more efficient for touring. After seeing so man vids about the Muse, I can now say it's for sure worth getting. I still am sticking with my One though.
Did they invent anything new in terms of sound design for this? It seems like a synth you buy for the brand name. Then you look at it while you feel cool in your studio and that makes you feel inspired. You know, like a Muse.
Hi Paolo - is this using the default factory shipped patches on the Subsequent 37? I've just got one which has been previously owned but I want to resore it back to the original patch settings and wanted to find a list of them
@@doctorsynths Thanks for this. That's great. However what I'm really looking for is a list of how the default sounds are actually arranged in the factory shipped state. THis is because my Sub37 has had its patches edited and moved by the previous owners. Some of their presets are really good so I don't want to just overwrite them. I have backed up my current presets but my plan was to get the default presets list and rearrange mine so that it matches the factory default, then move all t he user created patches into the higher numbered banks
