Hi, am I still able to migrate to Australia for work & residency? I was born in the United Kingdom though I do have a criminal record this is from when I was a lot younger. I have attempted robbery & posession of a weapon in a public place twice. Will this really affect my eligability? I did undergo rehabilitation & tons of youth work I was just a child at the time of the crime. Should I consult with an immigration lawyer/solicitor?
My wife has registered for her AMC part 1 exam from Nigeria. Please which visa type is advisable for her to apply to come write the exam. She also wants to come with the husband and daughter. Please help.

So fines/debt wont affect the sponsor's eligibility? Weve been married for 6 years but unable to live together. Does that account for anything? He had to fulfil a 3 year ban (PIC 4013 and 4014) ended 3 years ago. Do we have any prospects at all after that? Thank you

Hi Julie, I filed for Visitor visa 600 in December 2022, which was refused. Now, my company is sponsoring me in Australia. Will that visitor visa refusal affect my 482 application. And also i applied for visitor visa through an agent and they provided my incorrect experience in my application assuming they will get it approved and they can charge me heavy amount. I got to know this when it got refused. What can i do now with my 482 application. My current profile and experience are genuine but the details agent filed in visitor visa were wrong. I am working with this employer in India since 1 year, now they are relocating me to Australia. Please advise. Thanks!

Thank you for your inquiry. New Zealand citizens automatically obtain a Subclass 444 upon entry into Australia. New Zealand permanent residents are required to apply for a visa to enter Australia and are not eligible for a Subclass 444.

Hi Julie I feel home sick I feel lonely maybe move to country that I born I am holding dual nationality Australian citizen So if I move to country that I born forever will be losses Australian citizen Thanks 🙏
I tried many time before to talk to one of your agent , with no success , you ask us to book a consultation first , what if i am not eligible at all ?!! i think you should be more flexible and you give time to your clients so they can explaine theire situation freely and without any cost, then if you see that they are or they can be eligible then you ask them to book a consultation to start their journey toward their dream , and everybody wins

Thanks for the great info, I was wondering how much time it take a 482 transfer nomination to complete, bcoz I'm out of work for more than 2 months now and waiting on DHA approval of my new employer & nomination. I just have to wait couple of more weeks as per your guidelines.
Thanks for the valuable information. I was wondering, is TSS renewable? if my employer wants to sponsor me for two more years is easy? Thanks in advance 😊

My de facto relationship with my ex just recently broke down and we have son together. I currently working DIDO with 3&1 roster. She quickly have a new boyfriend just about a week after our relationship broken down while. We have 2 yo son together and her narcisist behaviour just not a good exampe for my son. she often left my son with my sister and her mom while she's out with her friends and boyfriend and still being rude to my sister who most of the time looking after my son and doing housechores for her. Eventho after that she still being so rude to my sister and her mom sometimes and makes my sister crying alot. My sister always wanting to move out but i always push her to stay bc she's the only one I can trust to look after my son while im away. My ex's mom is nice but she's not always home, not as often as my sister. But this is already gone too far and I also not wanting to live with her anymore. Based on my issue and after watching your video i feel a little ease for my condition to keep living in australia. But Im still confuse if its okay for us to live separately even before my PR ? What should I do ?
