Barry Pang Kung Fu has been providing martial arts leadership since 1974.

Our kung fu combines two complementary styles that share common origins.
Wing Chun and Lung Ying (Dragon Shape) were designed by Ng Mui and exhibit similar charateristics as practical, close-range fighting arts. Our goal is to develop Ng Mui Kung Fu and train well-rounded practitioners so that we can preserve these arts and build a martial arts community that moves beyond style boundaries.

I wish they not break up clinch. 90% KF is about clinch work. If TDs are scored then must let work clinch

We need more of these vids from past. There is one in HK from 80s that had throws and mat work. Ron Van Cleef in it.

Nice ballet skills, but you need to push with the hips, have the foot, hips and shoulders on a same plane. Otherwise, there is no power to the side kick.

Trained WC for eleven years in Australia and have had my own dummy for ten, NOBODY has ever taught me to push the arms and leg in before starting, but it makes perfect sense. Will discuss with my Sifu this week. Thank you.

Bruce Lee said - "All my kicks are below the waist. Only in the movies do I get high." Someone call Quintin Tarantino and tell him to do a little research.

Absolutely agreed, Bong Sau is essential and can even be built into styles such as Judo- as they go past you can then trip them!

I would argue your first strike is the most important. Why push away when the ultimate goal is to incapacitate your opponent? You're just giving your opponent another chance which is one too many.

Yeah , what you’re doing is using your joints cartilage as cushioning and destroying your elbows 😂 There’s a reason people that practice bullshido like this aren’t world champions. a solid punch is ALWAYS going to do more damage than open palmed strikes lol , More like practice for dummies
