Pretty noice. I like the buildup, although if I had to nitpick, I would personally make the Layer 3-4 of the Terror Radius a bit more intense. Other than that solid work
My favorite part was Here I Come! It's not only intense and frenetic, but also has the feeling that something is following you, and getting dangerously close.

New Killer: The Seeker Height: TALL Base Terror Radius: 36m Base Movement Speed: 96 m/s Power: Here I Come Seek is a speedy killer. He can permanently move at 96 meters per second, and all attacks instantly kill Survivors. Seek is disliked by The Entity for looking too much like it, though, which means there will be a downside. PASSIVE ABILITY: ENTITY’S RAGE After 1 minute, regardless of how many kills Seek has, The Entity throws him back to the campfire. If any Survivors are still alive when this happens, they are credited with an escape. Iridescent Doorknob: This doorknob was created in The Fog itself. It fuels The Seeker to catch his prey. Adds 1 extra minute to charge Entity’s Rage. Jeff’s Tip Jar: A glass jar, filled with coins. Tape with the word “tips” is written on it. Increases movement speed by 10%. (This is a joke. I’ll make a serious chapter concept in the future.)
Maybe something like : The Pursuer is a killer which will not stop until their victims are caught, giving the survivors no chance to escape. The Pursuer will start chase at a larger distance than normal. When The Pursuer enters the match, they will begin to charge their power, "Relentless pursuit". The power of this killer is activated automatically in chase. While in the "Relentless Pursuit state, The Pursuer will gain a 25% movement speed increase and automatically dash over dropped pallets and windows and lunge attacks are disabled. While still active, survivors will be guided by "Mysterious light" for the closest and safest exit, providing a small speed buff for each time survivors follow it. Once The Pursuer attacks a survivor while in the Relentless Pursuit state, they will be will be instantly downed if caught and stop the Relentless Pursuit state and start accumulating power for the next Relentless Pursuit. The chase will not be over until the Relentless Pursuit state is over or until the chased survivor is downed. Then perks : Fear (While in chase, survivors receive a gradual movespeed debuff the longer the chase is active, the debuff being cleared the moment the chase is over. "Fear makes us do mistakes, what matters is to learn from it"), Anxiety (Any survivors in chase will be covered in darkness, seeing in only a 10 meter radius, and any highlighted object or survivor is hidden, if seen during chase. "We often have our path clouded by our fears, never let that affect you. Keep a clear mind, and think we'll about what you're about to do."
