ISSUES 1) if key fob is cold, it does not work (the red LED does not blink when pushing buttons). anybody else have this problem? 2) is there a way to clean the circuit board and contacts? will spraying contact cleaner into the interior of the shell be okay? 3) i do not like key fobs that can operate car locks or ignition by merely being in the proximity, it is only a matter of time before hackers will defeat the security coding and steal your car.
Hello everyone, I would make video but I don't really get money from RU-vid, I have fixed my issue, here is what you need. 1.plug in VCDS scan error code, my issue is both module was bad, also VCDS tells you the module number. 2. Order module ebay, got mine 150 for both 3. Remove bumper , taillights, and install module, 4. Add dielectric grease on connections 5. put everything back reverse order 6. Start ON position, car self diagnose and when everything is good, the blind assist now works, I can turn on button and now the car set up blind assist option is visible and can be access. Last. Test drive...mine works
I have this same model Audi. But my key won’t work if I press the start button. It says No Key Identified. All buttons of key work. It would only start the vehicle if I put the key in slot. Any suggestions?
It may possible the unlock / locking door motors went out on you're vehicle. I own a 2009 Audi A4, and both my drivers side and rear passenger door do not unlock or lock via keyfob. To open drivers door without keyfob, just press the small button on back of keyfob to release the laser cut key and use that to both unlock and lock the door. As for thr cost of fixing both the locks on my doors at the Audi dealership? Its like over 1k, so I said screw that and just use this old fashioned method.
Yall seem negative about this, I think its dope af.. I just bought a audi s5 v8 manual..I dont have to use the key for anything.. I can open/close/trunk with just one hand...Start/turn off the car with just one finger #ThatisAll

Do you mean that the ad blue deplets very fast after a software update? This is actually the system working as the regulators wants it. The alternative is illegally shutting the system down.
