EMpowering Early CAreer Professionals was created as a platform for sharing ideas & tips with young professionals up to 8 years after PhD degree.

I make step-by-step videos on teaching strategies, scientific writing, grant/proposal writing, job applications (CVs, cover letters, interview tips), productivity hacks, self-care and any other relevant topics. I am a strong believer that because time is money, you do not have to figure everything out on your own.

WHO AM I?

My name is Edith. I am a Research Scientist and Lecturer with specialization in Chemical & Process Engineering, Membrane Engineering and Biochemistry. I hold a certificate for “Teaching in Higher Education” from the Berliner Zentrum für Hochschullehre, Germany. I have a lot of grant writing and science communication experience as well which I will be sharing on the channel.
