Keep the shoulder blade back and down into the pad through the movement and keep the arch too. These little things might seem weird at first but you’ll see improvement in the long term. Arch isn’t as bad as people make out just don’t turn into a bridge with 2cm ROM

I do it every Wednesday for my eoe! I bought numbing cream and I leave it on for 45 mins to an hour and it doesn’t hurt at all anymore to the point that I can’t feel a thing! I do it on the side of my thigh, I’m 13 and give it to myself! I’ve been doing it for 8 months and get to eat anything I want now that I take the shot so I can eat what I was allergic to aka dairy!😅
If you have extremely oil skin and also young skin is a nice product, however if you’re mature and dry skin and also not rich then it’s totally not worth it. In fact when it comes to foundations you can get more for your money in a cheaper brand. From this brand maybe try the other products.
So much to say, Darxlene. I’ve found that I can pretty much read any genre, but I really like what I like. I’ve made it somewhat of a tradition to google fanfiction of the book that I’ve just read afterwards. People get funny, scary, nasty, and really anything in between. Maybe something to check out especially with fantasy? I was raised by a single mother. Even when I was a kid, and we went out to eat, she would give me the money to give to the waitress or person at the counter to make sure it was instilled in me to… pay every time. Unless someone is absolutely persistent that they pay, I assume I’m buying dinner for everyone if I go out. Also, I always give it some effort as far as what I’m wearing, how my hair looks, ET see. If I by chance ever meet the person who I’ll spend the rest of my life with, I don’t want the story to be about how unkempt I looked that night. Really enjoyed this video! Be well.
I've heard great things about fan fictions, especially if you're not ready for the story to end. It's a great way to stay in the world. And how wonderful of your mom to implement these lessons to you at a young age!
