I prefer to use both cause WASM is great in some cases and a simple front end frame work is better for UI stuff.

I gave Warp an honest shot and disliked it. The theme engine is hilariously bad, especially when you consider terminal customization is like half the reason people pick different terminals. I also didn't find the AI features at all useful, but then again I'm already familiar with the UNIX terminal. iTerm 2 rules

The features are great, but this really makes no sense until we have this 100% on device. Looking forward to that happening!

Thank you for the eloquent description of the current issues concerning Rust GUI development. I’ve been attempting to learn enough Rust programming techniques to effectively implement it as a standard programming base for my embedded projects, but get a big doss of vertigo when trying to get up to speed on any of the GUI options.

This is true for all the locally running llm tools. Its nice that the industry adopted OpenAI's API request structure to ensure compatibility, but I am curious how function calling and RAG strategies work. My guess is that they don't work with theseother models, but i have yet to look into it

I'm no programmer, but containers drove me crazy for a few months. Then I went back to old-fashioned VMs my sanity returned. Plus my ancient r720xd doesn't notice any difference. Except it now works consistently without being a massive pain in the butt. They are good for simple stuff though

@@passaroquetemasanaovoa ollama itself doesnt use that much disk space. its mainly the models you run. each models requires around 2-30GB depending on how big it is.

I've played with it a bit, and it is indeed pretty cool... but honestly, the AI integration is probably the biggest deal breaker for me. if you give us that gorgeous terminal UI without AI baked in, I would convert all my environments over to using Warp in a heartbeat (even Windows, when that's available).

Hi, thanks for sharing the video. It was useful. I have a question, can I run a workflow inside another workflow I have created before? For example, I have a workflow which executes a curl and sets an environment variable with its result. I want to create other workflows that execute a script with the environment variable set by the previous workflow. Is that possible?
