Does the clutch kit and ecu modification void the warranty? I'm guessing the kit would only void things related to the clutch. I wonder if the ecu would void the motor?
So is power about the same more/less or no. I love the comfort on my 850 sp sportsman but I’m also looking for another quad within the next year or so, looking towards the same years and model of that 850. Mainly power wise, and pulling power for trailers such as
Outsider motor Company is a scam as of now they stole my money haven't sent me my item in over a month called and emailed them over and over and nothing order from a different supplier..
@@designsinorbit there not hard to do fly wheel has TDC marks and cam gears have timing mark that will be parallel Too the head when that cylinder is TDC
Brother cat delete headers from vauhti varrico takes 400 degrees off the exhaust temp. Had mine jet hot coated as well. Before it was 950 degrees. After, 220 degrees. Shocks suck too. I have stage 1 hester elkas shocks. Best upgrade! I've spend 5 grand extra getting mine where I want it.
I have the hiisi header and a custom muffler cut down on temp big time , I don’t find the shocks that bad but I am coming from a xmr where the stocks are just terrible.
@myliftergarage3340 Dude, it was insane how hot it got before the headers. Yeah, if all you do is mud than the stocks will work. I do alot of steep Rocky trails and pavement. The 3 inches more of travel makes a huge difference. 👍
I make those snorkels personally , all 2.5 inch piping to help keep belt temps down and increase performance myliftergarage.com/products/cforce-800-1000-snorkel-kit-pre-order
I don't think you'll be disappointed.I bought 1 in 2021 and it's been great. The only issue I've had now was over 3000 km is one of the solenoid in my winch went bad and of course it went bad at the worst possible time lol.
I do agree, i think this machine will be a great unit to test out, We will be pushing the power envelope on this machine to see how it stacks up with the can am's
You got yourself a really good atv, CF 1000 is bad ass. I think you have '23, since what I heard is from '24 have their own clutch, new engine, gear-stick on right and front break on left. Especially on the 800 version. I have a 520 but have been looking into Cforce 625 '24.
Anyone that has ever rode a dirt bike, 10 spd , street bike is used to a right brake handle. My Yamaha grizzly and Kodiak have a catalytic converter, I'm sure all newer quads do for emissions. I blocked my AIS and that helped cool down the muffler a lot and put on a whiskeybent exhaust tip and that helps to and gives you a little sound but nothing loud like a 2A tip. Enjoy the new machine! I bet that 1000 rips !!!
@pmaint1 it's the Air Induction System, it sucks air from your airbox to a valve that is on your head. It's basically so it sucks air into your cylinder to make your emissions leaner.. you can by a block off plate the bolts on to the head or just plug the hose at the left bottom side of your air box. Mist people just put a 1/2 inch vacuum plug over the little fitting on the air box and put the hose back on. Make sure left side of box. You can Google it and see lots methods. It basically makes your exhaust a little cooler and stops backfiring .
Hi, I'm a new subscriber. Marshall from "Let dirt fly" gave me your channel. He says, you're working on a new snorkel kit mod. Well, he hasn't steered me wrong yet. Can't wait for details. "Ride Hard and Be Safe" MN Bill Minnesota XMR
