I know many are shipping Otis and Ruby and no offence to that but please dude!! Otis and Maeve are a lot like each other. They are similar by heart. They help people even if those people are terrible to them (i.e when Otis helped Adam despite him being a complete jerk to Otis and Maeve helping Ruby all though she slut shames Maeve like literally all the time (remember how Ruby was being happy and smirking when drunk Otis rebuked Maeve? It clearly shows how ungrateful Ruby is despite Maeve had helped her. Whereas, she should have been a bit, at least a tad bit nicer and if not so then be neutral to Maeve after what Maeve had done for her but of course! Ruby is RUBY!)). im sorry once again but all she sees is herself! She is self centred and selfish. Lol, She didn't even notice that Otis wasn't in the bus until she saw him out in the open with Maeve. Which clearly shows she’s not bothered about him at all. Ik, the defenders will say, it’s because she was hurt but Dude! We dont stop caring for the people we love upon being hurt, do we? She doesn’t care about Otis at frickin’ all! From trying to change his style or personality or whatever to trying to control his moves and him, Ruby never showed acceptance for the real Otis. Has she? has Maeve ever done it? No! But Ruby did! Maeve fell for Otis just the way Otis was and had been unlike Ruby who happened to fall for him after witnessing his niceness only! If she's all about herself (that I really didn't like about her at all, of course) then how on earth does she even deserve Otis even for a second and earn the shippers? Thus, my apologies but I really dont see the fuzz about Ruby. All she did was to fall for Otis which eventually she was meant to (and i dont think is something to go on '"OMGG'" for). Otis is extremely lovable and girls ARE to fall for him after witnessing how caring he was and her loving him seeing how he actually was, was very natural as well as obvious but by no means she's done anything extraordinary to have fallen for Otis. So far in the series, She has neither been helpful nor been nice to anyone (not to even Otis weirdly but people seemed to have neglected that and only focused on her opening up about herself to him) but her so-called untouchable trio friends! So i literally see no reason for fans going crazy for them (maybe just because they showed their romance, sex, and making out a lot more) but whoever knows how true love is supposed work and see how Otis sees Maeve and how even Maeve looks at Otis, can never ever want anyone else for both of them but them! No hate! Ruby perhaps is nice but for OTIS!? HE SHOULD ONLY GET MAEVE. HE AND MAEVE, FRICKIN' DESERVE EACH OTHER AND IT WILL BE A HUGE DISASTER IN THE SERIES AND INJUSTICE TO BOTH OF THEM IF THEY DON'T GET TO BE WITH EACH OTHER IN THE END!
