For “me”, there was no need to apologize for the language used after hearing the bike with the Rinehart’s. THAT TRULY helped the viewer/listener truly “feel” what you felt hearing the bike with them on. So, thanks for that! Also, very well edited video and GREAT, VALUABLE insight on the adapter requirement! Been going through QUITE A FEW videos lately, in order to determine what I’d be replacing the stock pipes on my FatBoy with. My “preference” based on the videos I’ve seen and listened to are the Khrome Werks 3.5s, but, I live in California and due to emissions requirements, they don’t “currently” offer a California-compliant product. However, prior to coming across theirs last week, and viewing several videos of several others, and particularly ones comparing different slip-ons, I had definitely decided on the Rineharts, so again, THANKS for the exclamation at the end! Due to the date and the fact that I don’t do a lot of riding at the moment, I can probably wait since Khrome Werks doesn’t have a date, but does plan to put their CA-compliant slip-ons out this year. But if I get antsy (and I even told them), I’ll be going with those Rineharts as well!
I tried this for the first time, right before the season closed. SO MUCH EASIER than the old Standbys on the Wings! I'll never do it that way again! Oh, and 15 minutes before that one, I was standing on the wings of my previous.
I use your message to clean my first dove, and it worked beautifully. I come from a family of nonhunters and started with rabbit, then moved on to fowl. Thank you!
I am thinking about this slip ons since many time. My 2018 fat boy need this and i follow since many times. Do you think meanwhile come out something better talking about slip ons? Because i see other alternatives and i don't find nothing better than this. I heard on a 107 too some time ago and they give me a great impression. Bye from Italy
I tried reading the comments to see if you covered this but... we're wondering if you removed any baffles or packing for this clip? I believe that you haven't done any other engine work or had a special tuner installed, correct?
@@JDNWolverine77 Thanks for the reply. I just put thousands into Bassani pipes and a Pro Street tuner, and the bike sounds anemic. Looking for a path out without voiding my warranty. Have Rineharts on my Indian and I lkke them. Looking for a bit more for my Fat Boy.
deep and throaty is what I'm looking for, but I also need them loud, how loud are they in real person point of view, lot of pipes i listen to on vids, sound the same
Thanks for posting this Joshua. The Rineharts sound absolutely awesome. I just bought a Rinehart for my 2019 Sport Glide (arrived today and just picked it up) but unfortunately didn't catch your video post until now. Like you, I was blind-sided by the gasket requirement! Have to go back to the dealer and grab a gasket now. That sweet exhaust sound is worth it though.
Yeah, the moment of opportunity came, and then was gone so fast. I can't believe he didn't come in closer for you buddy. Thought for sure he was going to strut right up to that decoy. Oh well, we'll get him next time!
Love the sound! I have a 2020 FB and was looking for videos of these for my FB and came across yours. Do you feel like you lost a bit of low end torque now that the cats are removed? I know these M8’s like back pressure so am a little concerned about the free flowing baffles.
@@JDNWolverine77 have you heard of a company called Fuelmoto? They are HD aficionados and do a ton of motor builds. Anyway they say I would loose torque right off the bottom, but gain a bit on top. They say this because the CAT creates the back pressure needed for super low end torque and the Rineharts are a open baffle design. Do you recall how the bike felt with the stock slip ons right from the bottom compared to the Rineharts? I just don't want to loose the stump pulling feel of the stock slip ons, but love the way your Rineharts sound.
@@steveg56 All I know is my bike still has plenty of power, from 1st gear, all the way to 6th gear. I'm not a motorhead, or a horsepower expert. I bought them because in my opinion, they're the best sounding pipes on the market. Hope that helps.
How you still liking your slip on exhaust I was wondering when you're going through your gears does it have that little chirp when your shifting real slow if you've ever rode with drag pipes you would know what I mean
Hey bro I got the same issue. I try to get the new gasket from my local dealer. I’m still curious about it’s that easy to put the new gaskets on the rinehart slip on ?
One of the things that I'm learning is that you've got a serious vocal range. Even within this song, the complex stretches, your voice has a beautiful purity to it. You've got great control as well. Well done Joshua!
