Why do you make a video about a fishing rod that cannot be sold in the United States? Why even put it in English this rod is not sold in the United States I’ve called the company 30 times cannot get this rod, so why do RU-vid commercial for something that we cannot buy.
Dear Scott, We appreciate your feedback, however we are the distributor of Okuma products in South Africa, our products are developed for our local conditions and are exclusively distributed here. The reason the video is in English is because it is one of our 11 official languages and most spoken by our angling population. Hope this gives you some more insight.
Same goes for majority of fishing gear showcased on RU-vid, which are only available in the US. its great to see products from big brands on YT and available to us right here in Mzanzi. 😊 Baie Dankie Sensation
Really nice rod in the hands. However my first one, the insert of the tip popped out on second cast and the second tip section was already cracked on the insert. Not sure what range is used on this rod, but appears to be problematic.
🎣 I Love the casting action shown,! ... I would Love to see more "flaming bait" casting,! ... It has a Brilliant casting effect and Well done including it in the advertising,! 🎣
I have the Okuma Lite SX in 6’6. It is a spectacular rod for power BFS and finesse applications. From experience, with the right reel it will cast down to 2g well and handle larger fish with ease. This rod offers exceptional performance.
To anyone looking to buy a great rod at a great price then look no further. Personally i own 2 of these rods in a 12ft length, brilliant brilliant brilliant are the only words to describe these rods!👍🎣🎣
🎣 look like get rods! ... There shud be organised angling - fishing comps for only mixed pairs of husband - wife, boyfriend - girlfriend, brother - sister, etc,! ... 🎣
I like to fish the Damiki fat albert as well as the yum 5 inch dinger in various colours. The dams we fish in my home province in South Africa has a lot of grass in them so weightless an weedless texas rigs is our go to baits most of the time. I do like flukes as well.
