I had never run for sport in my life, but when I decided to give it a try my first thought was to learn from Kipshoge. I am shorter, a lot older and obviously slow. But as I was running on a track near my home these 2 tall gentlemen with really long legs and a divine running style passed by me...and stopped to complement me on my technique, seemed to me they were from Kenya indeed and just arrived in the Dallas area. It was years ago, and I still remember how magnificent they were. I was never sold on running until that moment when I saw how beautiful it can be. Also made me forever improve my technique more than just watch my time.
@@shanky19921 but for the record, I could run this pace for a minute. I still felt the need to just tell you that I was joking because obviously I would not be able to beat him in a race. My fastest time for a mile is four minutes and 44 seconds is just a bit slower than his marathon pace. However my fastest 800 time is 2:02 which, for the short distance of just two laps around the track is definitely quite a bit quicker than this pace. So to answer your question yes I could keep up with this pace for one minute, but not much longer and obviously, I was joking. There’s no way that I could come anywhere close to, even looking at this guy in a race lol he’s just absolutely unreal
And is a more effective blocker to chasers. With standard V , once you get past the rearmost of the V there is more clear space in front of you, whereas inverted V you are push out and out again, and inverted V can adjust to make it more difficult.
Gift? No. His racing is fantastic amazing etc. The only “gift to the world” is Jesus dying on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven, for those who put their faith in Him.
To start this, I’m a Christian. Christ humbling himself to man and giving his life is by FAR the biggest gift we can/will ever receive. However that doesn’t mean God refuses to give us gifts and blessings on earth anymore
