Very helpful, but I need to reboot a list of servers in order. I have a script that does that, but it reboots them in rapid fire succession, essentially rebooting them all at the same time. I need this process to reboot the first server in list, wait until it gets a successful ping response or http status 200 from this server, and then proceed to reboot the next server in the list, and so on and so on until it gets to the end of the list... Anyone have thoughts on creating such a process?
Excellent set of interviews, very aligned with how I experienced my first hackathon. This showcases some of the real advantages of teamwork, being open and vulnerable, and pitching in where needed. The hackathon broadens and hones technical teamworking skills, like learning to manage version control when people are working on overlapping code areas. Really importantly, it builds a sense of confidence that each of us has something to contribute to the team and that we can trust and rely on our team-mates to do their absolute best to deliver in each area. I was a bit terrified before starting, and, with the role I took, I didn't contribute much on the programming side, but I got to work with some real professionals and learned A LOT!!!
Hi, I am extremely interested in starting the 5 day course but, before I attempt it can you please let me know what I would need (hardware/software etc), other than my brain. Thank you in advance. Clarke Lewis
Hi Clarke - we recommend a computer with at least 4 to 8 gb RAM - and of course, internet! It should take approximately one hour a day over 5 days. We don't recommend doing it on a phone!
Am new in the platform of github and also learning cyber-security finding ways github can help me learn and understand cyber-security professional. Thank you for the insight about github, it was helpful!
