Hi, it really depends on the university, you can message them directly and see if they offer scholarships, sometimes they don’t do that for international students studying medicine

Hi, surgical training is usually competitive even for domestic graduates, you can apply after internship and some people do get into the general surgical training program

Hi, yes it should be possible to do medicine, but it will depend on if you want to do medicine as an undergrad or post grad degree, entry requirements differ
Hi, I was able to transfer because of a program IMU offered, you can directly check with the uni you want to transfer to if they accept transferring of credit scores etc
