Hey there, I am Sally Fazeli!

I am an Accredited EFT Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Somatic Movement Practitioner (MA) and Shake Your Soul® Teacher as well as a wife to my loving husband Ayman and mother to three beautiful little boys Hugo, Remy & Nico.

Absolutely an incredible experience that many people have felt and may or may not have shared because of peoples reactions I myself had a similar episode decades,ago when I was a 14 yr old I rose up out of my body and was looking down on me and my sister in the next bed ! I felt so peaceful and amazing with no fear at all I never told anyone about it until 5 yrs ago when I told my sister The reply I got really blew me away She said she had exactly the same experience and was looking down on herself and me !! Its a wonderful feeling being a spirit for a while !! ❤😊

Thankyou for sharing your experience. When I had a peri arrest in hospital in 2010 and was dying from internal bleeding, I remember being above my body and everything being super bright and so peaceful, I could see the doctors working on me and my mum and dad to the side

It’s so powerful. In 2015 I started doing, not knowing that that’s what I was doing, I was able to drop my tournament golf scores where there’s pressure involved, from the mid 90’s down to high 70s in a matter of a couple months. It was a career year for me. Fast forward to 2021 and I made my debut on PGA TOUR Americas

Thank you Sally. Your description of EFT here is very precise and clear and your example of using EFT for anxiety is too. I’m a Reiki Master so I work with energy, I’m booked on training in levels 1 and 2 to become an EFT practitioner next month. I’ve been looking forward to it for a while now. I was given EFT in around 2010 when I was facing some difficulties and mental health challenges, it was very helpful. ❤

Probably would have painted the radiators the same as the walls so they blend instead of sticking out.

It wasn't possible because the radiators are powder painted and they can't be painted over the top of that. I wanted that too 😕

Hi, this video was brilliant! So informative. I wish there was a part 2! So once you’ve tapped saying what is wrong and released this, are you supposed to repeat this with positive affirmations?

Yes once you feel the energy is neutral towards the 'negative' emotion you can then start tapping in your truth and how you do want to feel ♥️😘

Hi Sally! I just found your channel, I’ve subscribed and am absolutely in LOVE with your sweet family. I love how genuine and down to Earth you are. I especially appreciate your videos on EFT tapping and tips on anxiety. My son and I both suffer from anxiety and this is helping! I never realized the absolute necessity of self care until I got sick. I have a leaky gut and am doing the GAPS nutritional protocol to heal myself. I also have chronic Lyme disease and MCAS which I believe was triggered by the Lyme, all the way back to when I was a kid. Mental health is just as important and the need to reduce stress in my journey of healing. Thank you so much and God bless you and your family! ❤️

No it's definitely a good place to start and then often as you start tapping on that, other thoughts and feelings will start to pop up and then you keep tapping on that too ❤️

If you have more than one bad feeling (anxiety depression anger) do you say all of those the same time?

I would focus on one emotion at a time and do a few rounds on each only because there will be different emotional blocks for each of those emotions and a the core reason is more likely to surface when focusing on one at a time. These are just my thoughts though. Maybe experiment with doing all three and then doing a couple of tapping rounds on each one individually. I offer online sessions if you would like more support in this area 🙏

This EFT tapping is so powerful. I started doing for only 5 mins and I could already feel more relieved. But saying the things you said is a must because that's what affirms everything and it makes it a more bigger difference. Thank you for this video.

Do you tap on both sides of the body at the same time or does it matter if you just do one side?

I generally just tap on one side but you can tap both sides, it makes no difference either way 😊 xxx

Yes! Also follow your intuition as you may intuitively tap longer on a point and that will be because that specific tapping point is where the blockage is x

I am a pretty sceptical person but my anxiety is out of control and while i am on medication they refuse to change it so i am looking for healthy natural tools to cope better and i want to learn more and possibly try this.

Sally your video is so helpful and beautifully explained. My problem is i seem to be tapping a lot more than 7 times while I'm talking. Is this detrimental?

No there is no right amount of times just as long as it's generally over 7 times. Often when you start tapping on a certain point a lot longer than others it's because it's linked to a specific meridian point that the emotion is blocked in... keep doing this. I sometimes can tap on the same point for minutes!! Keep following your intuition with that, sounds like you're doing a great job ❤️🤗😘 xx

I've tried tapping without knowing what is that exactly, and I tried again while you are talking, not focusing on any specific topic, just I was having a headache, I felt more lighter now, even I didn't say any word of you said, because I felt like I keep saying I have an anxiety, I will definitely have it, would you mind to explain this part? Instead of saying negative can we skip that part? :D Or it is important acknowledge that feeling first? Does this method have any exact way?
