I'm so glad I found this video 🙏 I'm having lichen planus past many years. I didn't realise Vitamin D was the solution. I have started with Vitamin D and B12. Didn't know citrus fruits also being a part of this. Thank you so much!
Love this video, thank you for sharing!! I was just diagnosed with LS a month ago so have been watching RU-vid videos a lot trying to figure stuff out, this video is super informative!! You rock!
Oh my God first of all I wanna say thank you baby. You save my life. I have exactly same problem like you even now. I have that problem my doctor. He took so many time my blood but he never told me it is vitamin D problem. He never told me about my immune system. At the same time. I take chemo. My immune system is gone even today. I didn’t get the solution from the doctor, but you save me thank you so so much. Please keep going with another video. Thank you.
Hey kay, super helpful video, my doctor prescribed me prednisolone today only i took my first dose already, should i stop and get my blood workl done and start taking vitamin d? Could you pls tell?
Hi, I really cried while heaaring your story. your skin LP cured but you have not mentioned what happened to your oral LP. I apprecieate it if you tell us did it cured too?
I have something I broke out in. Started with one coin shaped spot on my thigh. It started out small and grew larger. It was bright red and itchy. I have another rare hereditary skin disorder and it can make diagnosing any other skin issue difficult because it never appears on me as it would on most people. Also because of this other skin disorder I thought it was just my skin reacting to a drier climate. After six months I was put on the same steroid as you, except it was for back pain. After getting off the steroid a few more showed up. I finally went to a Derm and he thought it was ringworms but I knew it wasn't. No one had caught it and it didn't spread on me until after getting off of steroid meds for my back. He claims results came back positive and started me on an anti fungal cream. By day three on that cream I broke out in like 10 spots on my thigh and up my belly literally over night. I looked like a human dalmatian as my daughter in law said. I went to a different Derm In the same practice and again she tested for ringworms. It came back negative (not news to me. The first test was a false positive. Dead skin cells can cause false positives on that) anyway, then she does a biopsy on one of these spots and it only showed my skin problem I already knew about. Instead of saying I'm in over my head on this and referring me elsewhere she simply avoids me altogether and refuses to return any calls. In desperation and thinking it's nummular eczema or some type of Psoriasis I post pictures and ask anyone on my FB friends list with eczema or psoriasis if they have anything looking like those pictures. An old sign language student and friend tells me it looks like what she has, and that she's diagnosed with Morphea. A rare autoimmune disease. I start researching it and it sounds very similar. Then I come across lichen and the "lesions" in the pictures I saw look more like mine and the description sound like what I have. I'm 56 and supposedly this often starts in women in their 50's. So I'm now awaiting to get approved to go see a rheumatologists that specializes in Morphea and trying to learn more about Lichen. Apparently whatever type of Lichen this could be (there are a few types,) can run hand in hand with Morphea so hoping to find out soon. It's now almost month 10 since the first one appeared on my thigh and it's on every part of my body including my scalp and including the more intimate parts of my body. It's not yet on my hands and my face but the itch is seriously intense.
Hi what kind of honey and tumeric can you please specify for me and where did you get that kind of products from? My body is like dark spot all over too from face to thighs and belly and chest and my 2 hands too
Hi Kaylyn Thank you for your testimony Sitting in the Sun is extremely comforting Triaminolsone cream 3x daily is helpful and Tea Tree oil Keep posting ❤
This is the best step by step instructions I have ever seen for wash and go. And I love how you didn’t try to force a particular brand to achieve this style. ❤wishing you success. Thanks 🙏🏾
There's an erb plant that's great cure for this. I had skin lichen plantus and now oral. I cured my skin issues with tanning. But I now found a plant that is great for it. It's called purslane.
Omgsh!!! I saw your thumbnail and I was like… that looks like what I have then I saw Lichen Planus! I went to a my derm and got a cream steroid but stopped taking it due to fears of being on a steroid but it flattened them. We attributed to stress, but vitamin D is a great call!! I found my people!!!
Thanks a million, today is August 3, 2024 went to see my dermatologists after about 2 weeks of seeing a rash on my arms, leg, now spread to my back, no biopsy was done, one look and he gave me the name LP and a prescription for corticosteroid treatment . I'll keep you informed of the journey and how it's working. My lower back looks horrible 😢😮
I need help with his hair staying moisturized . It looks nice at night but wake up doesn’t even look like I did anything or put any products in his hair. I need help to maintain.
This video is so perfect and straight forward. I’m watching this video for myself. I swear!!! If I watched the same video of a woman doing this to her hair it would be 20 - 30 minutes long and all she would talk about is single strand knots and split ends and hygral fatigue (or whatever it’s called.) ugh! Just so stressful to listen to and watch. Men keep it simple. I just cut my hair 3 weeks ago and I’m definitely gonna start binge watching more male tutorials. Too much drama in women tutorials that make you feel like your hair can’t do what they do. Smh. Men don’t seem to have a problem at all when doing the same styles/techniques! Thanks you! 🌸💗
