@7:16 Lemon juice is a great substitute, unless the sugar doesn't get enough time to dissolve and you end up with sugar droplets in an otherwise great meringue. :) @9:13 In my area there is no creme of tartar available. I prefer lemon juice because it won't ruin the taste.

Hi Caroline, yes we used the same measurement. But I would recommend using either lemon juice or half the measurement of vinegar rather than the baking powder. The baking soda in the cream of tartar seemed to counteract the effect. Good luck!!!
