i use canon eos rp and eos r till this day, for the file, sony win hands down, clean high iso, dynamic range ... but 3+ year using RP its never over heat or shutter problem, or button problem or body rubber problem. my sony friend that use a7 classic, the body is loosing the paint, and the body rubber is fell offf, the dial button is much stiffer now, the canon is fine. and my friend using the a7ii for 3 year and have service 5 time, replace the flexible cable and the mother board, that couse the button not function. so the durability of eos r is like a tank, is more similiar to 5Dmk2. very durable.
The Canon R6 Mark II does not officially have dual native ISO. However, some users have reported that it performs similarly to cameras with dual native ISO, particularly at ISO 800 and 3200, where it seems to produce cleaner images with less noise.
So sick of the stupid Canon gotchas. For video get a BMPCC 6k and live the filmmaker dream. I miss my R6 for stills, but oh man I hated what it did to me as a movie maker. It looks great on paper but take it out in the field… Actually the best idea is to spend a day with the R6 and a Black magic shooting video and just see what floats your boat.
My big issue with Canon is no 3rd party support for Lenses, Sigma as of lately is killing with quality and price. For example I have a 50mm f 1.2 Sigma for $1389 the canon option is $2099. It 700 on just one lens.
The R50 is really powerful and I can see that. I think this will be my new camera to create content (both contents). It's incredible how the camera works so well outside from it's original environment
0:47 would you please make a video for how to give up all monetization? i know my videos wouldnt make any but it sounds likt this is the way to keep them from being flagged.. if someone else knows how to do that i would really appreciate a reply to my comment describing how to do that..
My conclusion is that reviews are not 100% reliable. Most leans toward Sony and since most of these products are so expensive you rarely get an apples to apples comparison. Someone here mentioned the EF lens used in the video for the R6 mk2 does not work with the IBIS. The Canon enthusiast on you tube note that there in fact a real weakness with wobble but its only with 24mm and under. Its possible what we saw in this review regarding the wobble was due to lens incompatibility. As expensive as they are, I recommend to go with RF lenses if you go Canon. I ended up with the R6 mk 2 myself because of the recent discounts. I was able to get it for $2299 USD with the 24-105 STM. The A7 IV was discounted for the same but only the body.
Okay now make a video about licensing music and videos from your website, for someone who creates a video for a company that wants to post it on their website and not youtube for example. (please)
You probably figured this out by now lol but they're both unlimited regarding video time. I saw another video saying they filmed for almost 4 hours on R6 Mark II and it didn't overheat. I use the A7IV for real estate photos and videos, so it's not on for that long at a time, but I never experienced overheating.
This shows the times we live in as far as technology, it's amazing. This also highlight's that one should also focus on their skillset over the camera gear so when money and time permit's, the bare bone core skills are already intact. Meaning, learning the basic's, principles of film, photography, light and etc. I take these videos as motivation to stay on the course and path in achieving my goals in becoming a film maker and etc. Keep making these motivating videos. 🔥🔥🔥👍🏽
I have greater respect for blind reviews comparing camera image quality. Labeling images often introduces bias. In my opinion, the underdog cameras often perform surprisingly well compared to their high-priced counterparts. This demonstrates that cameras are merely tools for expressing an artist’s creativity, while reviews lack that creative element.
