That was a total act. Pretending like he was digging when he was using it as a cover to indulge his curiosity about the humans. Notice the way he was trunk checking (watch the direction of the tip) them as he ambled by. Gorgeous guy! What a special encounter.

The problem with such a huge coalition is messing up with the future ecosystem. They'll definitely kill more male lions to expand their territory of which They'll only hang on for not more than 5 years. Again the lives of the hyenas around are in jeopardy
