I love that headcanon of Sonic being a geography nerd, and as someone who studies geography as a hobby, I say it, it's fun, of course, Sonic has more fun because he can go to those places and see them whenever he wants.
Donnie in rise has autism. Sound senstivity is a common symptom. The everyday sound like car can be super loud To them and can hurt their ears and brains. I have autism. This is not Every autistic person experience but for me loud sound Are sharp like knife a or pounding like a boulder. I feel it in my head and it gives me anxiety and distressed. Sometimes I can't think straight and see straight. Even after hours experience the loud noise: my head still hurts.
I saw Video ones where it was explained that autistic brains overall react in different parts then neurotypical. One area that lights up in the scans is the area for feeling pain. Which can actually be an explanation for shut downs as well. You guys are literally in pain and it can cause trauma as well.
@@shadowplays3479 Oh yes, I find that it especially sucks in school. One day in high school I had a bad episode and was so overwhelmed that my pencil falling made me cry. But I’d never been taught that it’s okay to leave class when I’m feeling particularly overwhelmed, and in my experience, teachers yell when you’re out of your seat. So I sat through the class (the teacher frustrated me), and when class was over, I was venting to myself about it and apparently the teacher was in the room and heard me. So I got in trouble for it, and yelled at (by my principal and mom no less) that I should’ve gotten up and left class if I was feeling “upset”. But it’s not that simple. In my ex, autistics have to behave better than neurotypicals because the moment we have a bad day, all hell breaks loose and we can be punished more than a neurotypical doing the same thing and we’re supposed to know what we did wrong without it getting explained to us. It can get really bad sometimes, especially when you’re expected to act like things are all sunshine and rainbows despite being in pain or overwhelmed, and you can’t step away.
Dude Canada doesn't have an equivalent in the Sonic universe. Look at the world map, there's North America without Canada! Mexico and the US are there, meanwhile Canada's just gone- BUT THERE'S STILL AN EQUIVALENT TO PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND??
Bro uses the sky to tell where he is in sonic x, so it’s prolly the same here. I also like to think he kinda just has a natural sense for it, just being so in tune with nature
I just need to go to place once and then the next time I go I immediately know where I'm going when I look at a map I memorize it don't need it no more that's how Sonic is
I really like the dubbing! One note of critique; I think you could have the VA's annunciate a little more, some of the words are slurred together making it hard to hear at times 🤩Keep it up!
This is an accurate depiction of game play and how Sonic never seems to get lost unless he is in a different dimension💖 I love it, it’s canon at least for me😌
