The pace you're describing is twice as fast as how you're doing and saying it. In reality one rep with your counting is over 15 seconds instead of about 7,5-8 seconds if you were to actually be counting as fast as seconds are.
Not saying there's anything wrong with your pace, just that you can't call them seconds. Just say count slowly to 5 as you go down and then hold for a slow count of 2, before exploding upwards
Why not just eat less? I feel the issue here is people lack motivation.. rather than this being an actual thing. Assuming you’re not starving yourself for nutrition, to my knowledge, it’s actually not a good thing to feel hangry/hungry… that’s a fight or flight response and is a clear indication your body is not very well adapted…. this is why fasting occasionally is important. It’s adaptation and regulation.
(Just my .02) I do however believe it’s also important to understand that biologically protein is the most complex to break down/digest… sometimes eating massive amounts of protein all the time isn’t the best for performance optimization. If you’re going to go down this path, I’d recommend doing it post-workout… and keep pre-workout snacks/meals to simple carbs… and don’t forget to consume lots of healthy bacteria’s from fermented foods and greens. I’m pretty sure the whole “too much protein at one time” thing was fake science. It’s since been debunked. While it may be true that there are “optimal” amounts of protein to consume in a certain window, the margin of difference if you fail to hit that “optimal” amount are very negligible when it comes to actual protein synthesis.
I don't like the all out...I bought it this week....I miss that kick to start the workout that I always get with Ghost legend...I seem kinda depressed on it also ffor some reason had to stop.

2 days of 10 grams is also nowhere near a loading protocol. Oversimplify a bit, but to reach saturation most protocols end up coming out at about 100g total. 5 days x 20g 10 days x 10g 20 days x 5g being the most common

You think everyone is going to calculate exactly how much creatine they need and adjust every single time their weight changes? 5g is fine for 90% of people. Also, watch until the end of the video. The tongs served a purpose.. lmao
I feel as if the 3g thing is also an excuse for supplement companies to shorthand you… still charge the same, and provide the same number of servings but only 3g rather than 5…. But yeah, those tongs
I have been prescribed with Sustanol 250 which is 250 mg every 10 days. Which is 175 mg per week. This is normal TRT due to all the common symptoms and not recreational use.
