See we have ZERO schools of redfish left in the IRL. I may see a group of two. Or three. But nothing like it used to be. Really sucks. I’m so glad they made it catch and release. Hoping it bounces back.
excellent point. You could probably get away with doing that. The goal here is to just have a pre-made rig and easy to get fishing right away. We've never had any problems with the knots failing as of yet. Thanks for the feedback! Tight lines.

I use inline spinners all the time! I caught my PB small mouth, catch big pike, and tons of other nice species. Love inline spinners. The fish aren’t as used to them either and they get smashed! IMO. I’m in the centre of the Great Lakes.
Damn that def sucks. Got to love the new effective inventions that some of these guys are able to come up with these days!! Def a few times I could have used this new Dehooker back in the day.
the chunks and strips will last at most 45 mins before the bait disintegrates. That can obviously vary from what kind of fishing you do. Overall its more about how long the bait lasts over the scent. As long as there's still bait left, there will be a scent.
Been watching since season 1 and always loved the show. Even remember the season that wasn't because of sponsorship issues. What happened to the female captain from last season and how come there are none? It is the same old good ole boy network captains. Yes, I know that they are all Capt. RIck's buddies and now son but why not bring in some fresh faces, especially for the Northwest Region where there are quite a few qualified female captains and maybe would sound better on tv.

Ask the people importing the batteries from China what they do with the battery cores. The battery cores are shipped by truck to bargès in New York where the politicians are getting rich dumping batteries in the international waters off of New Jersey. Yea but why are you Captains just letting the communist terrorist organization , NOAA ruin Fishing in the name of theire climate change lies ? They have lied to the public for unknown reasons that sharks are endangered , while the sharks continue to kill and dismember people. 3 weeks ago sharks killed 2 young teens and a third had her leg amputated , yet NOAA doesnt allow commercial fishing for sharks like they did and the sharks werent killing people everday along the coast of Florida .Why is NOAA communist thate hate Americans being allowed to murder swimmers in the lie that sharks are endangered . NOAA and the Gulf Coast State Wildlife and fisheries need to be dibanned from the PETA communist that are ruining fishing for the recreational and especially the commercial fisherman.. The only people that are benifieting are the Asians Farming fish . The Gulf fish dont go to market in the US they are shipped to North Korea and Japan. But the Taxpayers pay $ billions to NOAA.

Great show ! But can you create a big bend report . The North part of big bend is very different from south part. Not getting many reports from Carrabelle to Swanee
