I usually make art, gaming, or singing videos, but you never know.
I hope you have a splendid day/night/whatever time and remember to take care of yourself. The person you’re stuck with the longest in life is you, so make every moment count. You’re amazing and never forget that.
Hello! I just reviewed your submissions and added comments to your amazing auditions, so please consider checking out Casting Call in case I recommended trying out other characters. Thanks! ^^ cstng.cc/projects/flora-academia-a-certain-society
Just submitted some auditions, not sure if I did amazing but at least I learned somethings. I’d love to see what this project blossoms into! (Pun not intended)
I would love to audition! I'm really passionate about creators being able to make their dreams come true and your dream looks so interesting! I hope you enjoy my voice :)
I have no experience with voice acting, but have been playing in an amateur theatre group for the greater part of my life. Is experience required? Also: Is it bad to have an accent?
Voice acting experience isn’t required, but I do think that previous involvement with theater can help with adding more energy to how lines are said. It’s not bad at all to have an accent! I don’t necessarily think that the main cast will have any specific accents; however, if you want to try out a few characters I’d definitely give it a go. Maybe your voice will suit them! Also, there are many small lines and a few mini roles available that could be said with an accent. If you’re interested in smaller roles throughout game, I suggest auditioning for extras. ^^
looks super fun & i just submitted auditions 🫶 very exciting to see trans/nonbinary characters in a visual novel (as a genderfluid actor & vn enjoyer 😊😊)
I would love to audition but my issue is I don't know for which character I should try? I'm a female and my voice is pretty average I guess. I can do higher or my normal voice which is medium low I guess. But the issue is the accent. I'm from Spain and have a really strong accent that I don't know if it fits with any character?
If you aren’t too sure on any specific characters to audition for, I recommend sending in your audio for extras. There are plenty of additional lines and a few very small roles near the end of the game, which I think your accent could give spice to!
After a wonderful person brought something to my attention… if you turn 16 before October 13, you MAY audition!!!(That will be around the time the project officially starts, so I will allow it!)
Wish I could audition for Sabia... she's a perfect fit for me! But where I live it's almost impossible to get a recording without background noise... :( Good luck with your game and the auditions! It's a beautiful concept and I really hope it turns out well! :)
This would be so fun but I'd probably never be able to do it, I'm a trans guy on t but my voice sounds in no way masc yet and I'd never be comfortable voicing a character that isn't male or masc aligned :/ Sucks to suck ig 😞
Aw, that’s a bummer. I wish you so so so much luck on your journey, man. I’m hope you’ll get to the voice that matches you someday soon! Though I’m not sure if you’ll keep up with this project in the future, I think you’ll find Lythrum’s character somewhat relatable in the last few chapters.
Oh, I haven’t thought about that… ^^ If you’re 16 by early October (when the roles are cast and the project officially begins) then I’d go for it! If not, I’m really really sorry!! Q-Q
Hey, how flexible would timeframe's be? I'm interested in auditioning, but I'm about to enter college, and I wouldn't want my schedule there to interfere with your process.
I’m currently thinking that the deadline for turning in lines would be around two weeks, since I’ll be busy with a few things as well. If that doesn’t work with your schedule, I completely understand. ^^
Z❤ keep going your art is amazing and you will keep getting better and better as you draw never give up no matter what anyone says 🎉❤ from a fellow artist
I'm sorry if this comes off as rude but it's just a little thibgy I saw another artist do while drawing and again sorry if this comes off as rude but they showed a block method were you draw the lines in different directions and then fill them in with boxes layer then on top of each other but it also works with bodys goodbyr now I'll be dying (nice art btw:D)
This is really cool. If criticism is appropriate, I recommend singing in your natural, higher range instead of matching the singer. Using a lower range can make it harder to hit notes or breath control and tires your voice out very quickly.
