Wasting your time with low tech location scouts, film reviews, discussions, and the physical media market (including collecting), when I get around to it...but only if you bother watching.
Experimenting with a grass roots, ground up channel construction. Sum dum time, sum dum channel. SumDumGy.
I appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment, thank you! I have a number of these on my channel now with more being added regularly. I like to set myself apart in my unboxings as often as I can by not being just another RU-vidr showing off only the week’s new releases. There’s much more to collecting than what’s hot and what’s now! As for your question… wow, that is specific! Honestly, I didn’t recognize the name as he’s not on my radar. I had to look him up and go through his filmography. It pains me to say that even with what I know I’ve seen and own with him in it, he doesn’t stand out to me. Do you have any recommendations for me to check out so I can see about changing that?
Я совершенно очарована! Какие милые животные эти оппосумы, Создатель определённо имеет замечательное чувство юмора. Микс панды и крыски! Смотрю на них с удовольствием!
one thing that boogles me, if the opossums were smart enough to survive the dinosaurs, how dumb must not the dinosaurs have been. Opossums are like blind and only defense to play dead.
Cats and possums seem to do well together. I feed stray cats and every night possums join them for dinner. Your Possum is doing so well. So now I have hope our Little Yum Yum, will do well too. When I feed him I always say 'I have yum yum for you' that's how he got his name. 🥰
I am so excited to see this wonderful video ! About two weeks a go my dog found a baby possum. He was in shock so cold, drooling and shaking. At the moment his home is in a cardboard box with kitchen towels. He likes warm watered down goat milk, scrambled egg and tuna. I've given him grapes and strawberries ,but he hasn't eaten any yet. I've watched lots of videos, yours is the newest, so I'm staying with yours. 🥰
That’s a very valid point, thank you. Now that you mention it I regret it didn’t occur to me at the time, which is ironic with the stills I did end up including at the end. A missed opportunity, to be sure. I appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment/critique. Maybe another trip on the future?
Very. Bob has been a very fun companion and I’ve grown very fond of him. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. There’s plenty of Bob to be seen here in our channel.
It looks like people have stolen rocks off the fireplace since the last video I saw, also… That rusted motorcycle sitting there is one of the motorcycles from the film. Which, for whatever reason, was left out back of the house, and I guess burnt when those stupid kids burnt the house down. It’s amazing, the frame is still there. Also, the well still works… Though like you said, the windmill has to spin in order to pump the water out. The owner said that he would love to rebuild the house and build the second floor as it was in the film and rent it out via Airbnb. Last time I heard anything about it, he was thinking about doing a Kickstarter crowd funded thing to try to get the money together to do so. So maybe more Friday films could be filmed out there. Though I haven’t heard anything about it lately. I think the last time I heard something was right around the time that you visited in 2020. My God, what an incredible thing it would be to rent the house via Airbnb. It would truly be a dream with a bunch of friends.
There is definitely a lack of rock on the fireplace, sadly. I’ll honestly admit I was tempted to take one, myself, but I was looking on the ground for one that would have already fallen off. No way was I going to degrade the site further. I didn’t know that about the motorcycle. I think I mentioned in my footage that a couple years before I was there, it was placed on the other side of the fake barranca where the bridge used to be. Then later in the pit under the house foundation. Why these things would be moved around so much is weird. May I ask where you heard that news from the property owner? Given its location, it would be…interesting…to consider it a viable Air BNB home but I understand us fans enough to know we’d have it booked out solid for some time. I’m happy to hear I offered something new to filming there locations. I wanted to do more than I did but neglected in so many ways. No prep, traveling there on a whim, the excessive heat of the day, locals doing their thing. Having never filmed anything before, I was a bit self conscious about it. I think what you’ve been seeing all these years, and thinking it’s the barn, is actually the well shed that exists where the windmill is now. It’s right there at the foot of the dock. You see it from the reverse angle when Shelley is watching Vera sit back down on it. Next time you watch, keep that in mind. Speaking of which, pay attention to when Jason kills Vera. There’s what appears to be a reddish building right behind Jason. I mentioned it in my shoot. I still can’t figure that one out. There’s nothing there but a hillside directly behind the trees and house on that side of the lot. I wonder if it’s a facade but for what? Apologies for the delay in responding to you. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment twice in such detail. I appreciate this kind of interaction!
Absolutely! Bob is a very messy eater but a very clean little guy, himself. There’s a lot more of him to be seen here on our channel. Thank you for watching and taking time to comment!
