Hi, I purchased the R-SPS3030-232, and the device connects with the software fine. The only issue I have right now is that the real-time voltage and current records only show about 15 minutes of data. After 15 minutes, my old data is overwritten by new data. Could you please let me know if there is a setting I can change to make the software save all the data for a couple of hours of running? Thanks!
this software sucks with the SPPS-S3010-232 when im able to connect without a error its painfully slow. it seems to connect and disconnect all the time. if i press the on/off button 10 times it will only work for 2 or 3 times. if i start the programmed output test it will skip a couple of presets. the connection is just realy unstable but without the software i do realy like this powersupply EDIT: tried it with a RS232->USB cable and its way more stable but still software doesnt play well im only able to ouput a voltage with the "programmed output test" everything else doesnt work.

Здравствуйте, James. Купил я такой же блок питания. Очень не понравились несколько моментов. При заряде аккумуляторов, вентилятор всегда включается на полную мощность каждые 10 минут на 1 минуту. Незавсимо от того, какой ток заряда: 1А или 120mA. Разве так должно быть? А также, вентилятор дует вовнутрь, а не наружу, как показано на рекламных картинках. При этом возникает очень большой шум от воздушного потока, который слышен далеко. Можно ли перевернуть вентилятор, чтобы он дул наружу? Не нарушит ли это охлаждение, так как большой радиатор в виде пластины был заменен на обычный радиатор?

The fan is blowing inwards and not outwards as shown in the advertisement picture. -If you remove the fan inside the machine, you will find that our fan is blowing outward, not inward. The reason the airflow is very noisy is because the air speed is too fast, if you slow down the air speed it will reduce the noise, but it will affect the cooling performance. Кто смотрит. Поясню. Чтобы программа работала правильно нужно на компьютере поставить разделитель целых, десятков и пр. ТОЧКУ. 10.345 (а не 10,345). Тогда программа будет правильно работать.

Можно. На RU-vid поищите доделку вашего аналога + RS232 порт. Плата уже готовая из КИтая. Только провода перепаять и всё будет работать. Вы тем самым сделаете сами RS232 порт для своего блока питания.
