I think one important was left out, besides getting them back to school, I think sexual education is another great tool that can be added and how to use contraceptions especially in teens! Getting them back to school is great but what if there’s another reason they are getting pregnant? There are some of them that do it to get paid so they can buy the things they need or want so for these set of people teaching them safe sex is vital too not just to prevent pregnancy but also other STDs .

The purpose of an IDT is to utilize all professionals to improve the health outcomes of a patient. I would prioritize those that are experiencing the highest level of need. Such as those that cannot yet do their ADL's without assistance, or those that cannot return home safely.
