Dinner is def the busiest at almost any fast food place. For sure !!! When you work a lunch shift people always think it’s the busiest. I wkrk both shifts and can def say dinner is by far the busiest. Look at sales
I was applying for a manager so I also was interviewed by three people at two different dates. The HR director another director and also the owner and the questions were very intense
I’m a manager at chic fila. It’s the most busy fast food pkave I’ve worked at and if your not used to fast paced environment the best thing I can say is don’t apply there cause you’ll be busy and working your butt off from open to close and the busiest hours are for sure the dinner rush. I’ve been working there a long time. Dinner is for sure the busiest
Oh and Also each store wikk offer different benefits. The owner of my store don’t offer any discounts only discount is while working team members can get a free meal up to eleven dollars they have to pay difference. Managers have no limit. If you call out your meal is taken away for a week. If you call out on a Friday sat it’s taken away for two weeks. If you call out sick you get written up without dr note and no meal again for a week. If your late more then five min you get written up and no meal that day !!!! Very strict rules and easily to be written up !!!
We don’t have a social media platform for my store lol. A lot of stores don’t like stuff posted on social media. If your an employee your actually not suoised to post pictures and stuff at work in your social media
I’ve never heard of a social media lead. Not in my chic fila Or a marketing lead. We have a manager and director then owner. And we all do the catering
On how to get hired. That wohkd be all different depending on each store lmao it’s not one set guideline list on who to hire wtf. Each owner will hire whoever they want. You don’t gotta do certain things to get hired. They’ll literally hire anyone. You don’t have to even have common sense and they’ll hire you and stick you in buns or dishes cause any idiot can do those two positions
A video on how to get hired at chic fila. wtf like it’s some great place to work hahah. I’m a manager there and wohkdnt say it’s a great job. Not Greta enough to make a video on haha
First REAL video I've seen, been looking for hair inspo. Everyone else does a loose long ponytail and label it for food service workers... like Great vid!
Does anyone know a good neurologist that does lumbar punctures? I’m having trouble finding a Dr will to do it! Any replies will be greatly appreciated!
If you go in and the interview isn’t with a group you’re lucky. If it is with a group that means yall are competing for a spot lol so make sure you do your best and give great answers.
Update: I talked about a negative experience in my past job. Wrong move, do not mention anything negative, if you’re moving from a job to a new one say that you’re leaving because you’re looking for new opportunities and to gain new skills, and you think this position would be perfect for you. To put it short, I didn’t get the job, I believe I’m a great worker, and kind/outgoing to people but they don’t like negative past job experiences. Hope this helps anyone :)
Love the addition of Spencer! He's a natural on camera and I'm looking forward to seeing more of him in the future. Congratulations and I'm looking forward to seeing the photos.
Hi Suzette!! I love your videos and thanks to lots of your tips I got hired! I was wondering what size uniform you are wearing?? I am still debating between the xxs and the xs since I have heard the uniforms run large. Thank you!!
@@RhameshaBaldwin mine is at 7am so I'm not exactly sure yet but from my research people are saying there are at least 3 interviews but it depends on location I’d assume
@@spoileralertbitch I hope it's just that phone interview cause I already be nervous lol but thanks for reply back and if you don't mind let me know how you phone interview mines is at 9:30 Tuesday morning. Not going to say best luck but you got the job already
Here is some of my advice for making your school cheer team. I suggest stretching every day.If you don't know what stretches to do, watch videos on RU-vid for stretching, there are thousands of them. I search for "Beginner stretches to do every day" and it'll give me lots of videos. The one thing my coach always suggested was to stretch in the way of the jump. With a toe touch, you do a straddle stretch where both of your legs are out as far as you can get them. I personally don't have a very far straddle, therefore I don't have that nice of a toe touch. The one way to remember how to do the hurdler jump is by watching people jump hurdles for track, hurdler jumps in cheer use the same style of jump. What I remember from conditioning was where my coach would have us do T-jumps where you jump in a straight line with your arms in a T position, it helps you get the feel of what a jump feels like. Also don't be discouraged if you can't do certain things, I haven't stunted yet and stunting is a requirement for my tryouts in August, but I am doing it anyway because I have some cheering and kicking experience from being on my 4 person cheer squad last year. Even if you have no experience, don't let it stop you from trying something new, seriously. I'll be a senior so there's no extra year in front of me to improve myself to try out the next year so if you don't make it on the team for any of your other years in high school, you can try out the next year and work on stretching every day. The tryouts for my new school's cheer team is the last day of July and the first three days of August and I started going to summer conditioning practices to help me get my jumps and kicks looking nicer, also getting to know some of the people who will be on that team and others who can be my friends. Cheer is a really nice way to get to know people and it's all super fun.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His One and Only Son so that whoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have eternal life” God loves you no matter what, never forget that!😊😊%..
