lovely video we sat at the viaduct so peaceful and visited the little post office you passed when we were down in cornwall great memories thank you for sharing x
@stephenrobbins9901 thanks so much it was great little show i was on my motorbike so had bike gear not not really ideal walking around on a hot day more shows coming soon
I'm retired Sort of (I was 66 in Jan), still at work but had knee opp, I was going to sell my R1150rs but I'm going to keep it, will flat bar it do exhaust (get shot of the bag of spuds underneath) and ride it every where. P.S keep up the vids.
You're right about bike values - chatted to someone yesterday who had just bought a new Yamaha R7 from GT motorcyxles in Plymouth and he got it for less than the asking price.
Another great video Pete. I'm thinking of applying for a 17 hour position (semi retired but getting bored). 2 quick questions if i may. What happens when you need a pee? Are they ok about you going slightly off route to find a toilet and secondly i have a 9 day holiday booked in September to Italy..... would they let me take the 4 days off unpaid do you think? The driving assessment also sounds a bit scary as I've not driven a van in years. Thanks pal and keep up the videos.
@ian2lorimer Hi yes you get to know where loos are and also find places you can stop. Hi yes they would honour all holidays booked and planned pretty good about those sorts of things
I'm familiar with the sounds that bike makes Pete, no need for a bell, just pull on the front brake and get a squeal. Looks like some nice cycle routes down there, always good to get away from cars! Glad the ebike is helping you with those steep Cornish hills :)
I am not sure to be honest its an intergrated system linked to your deliveries. I guess it could be using google maps but not entirely sure to be honest
Great little show, I've been for the previous 3 years, absolutely full when the sun is shining. Some amazing clean bikes there & some oldies in original condition, a joy to see👍👍👍
Been doing this for 2 years now. Fantastic job 🎉 Deliver a lot up the Lake District, so a lot of out of the way places, especially secluded holiday lets. I'd highly recommend it to anyone 👌
Good vid👍 Depending on the size of the run, I like to keep the right hand column of the ambient section free, just for empty trays. Can get 33 in there if you stack them right. Bigger runs require a different tactic, but that's another video 😃
No i have contracted shifts so i only work part time and do evening shifts but we always have plenty of overtime. When you join they ask how many hours you want to do some work full time some work part time like me. You normally have to work a weekend shift either day or evening
