Quick tip, tighten the nut on the bushing til its flush with the bushing stud, then wack the heck out if it with a hammer. No need to worry about damaging the bushing stud or castle nut since youre replacing it eith a new unit
If you don't mind! I'd Luke to see the video! You use over half the damn screen for your Dann commercials ( I understand why you have commercials) but goddamn I would like to see the damn video.
Draining the coolant is very simple. Just grab a clean bucket or clean container. The whole system holds i think just over 3 gallons of coolant so you only have to drain a gallon or so. Let it drain and squeeze the radiator hose untill its empty. If you use a clean container, use a funnel with a screen on it to be safe and dump the coolant right back where it came from when your done. My thermostat also did not come with a new rubber ring. It was the "premium" version. Literally spent extra for a missing part. Luckily the old ring wasn't on bad shape so i reused it. Make sure your new one has one, or hoi purchase one. No need to disconnect the radiator hose, just leave it on and take the three bolts out of the housing. Bend hose back out of the way. This whole process from draining to being refilled and ready to drive took me 15 minutes. Its very simple.
I have a 2013 SV 4x4 and the airbag light won’t go off. I tried the trick I found on RU-vid. It worked for a min but not anymore. Took it to the dealership and they are telling me I need some part that cost almost $3K!!! No way! There has to be another way to fix this???
Had a coworker have this exact issue, when I pulled the housing off however, I was shocked to not see a gasket. After a minute of debating how it worked so long I found the gasket had fell off behind the drain spout 😂. Replaced the gasket and bam no more leak! Thanks!
I just bought a used 06 titan 4x4 now just ordered the running boards Thanks for the vid. oh, I am 300# and 6'2 will these be strong enough for my big A$$
Mine is custom suspension but on the specific part right here - 6 in because of the kit however the auto shop mechanics can't find it, do you know where I can get one of these but six inches long?
For all the people questioning if you need to tune your truck. The answer is no. Long tube headers were made with 2 bungs. The top which reads 1 cylinder and the bottom bung reads all 8 cylinders. You need special o2 sensor extension connectors to reach the bottom bungs. These extension connectors are very difficult to come across. Whoever needs a link to the parts comment below. It's a piti that this guy didn't tell you guys that you guys need these connectors. Long tube headers calls for o2 extension connectors.
Hello! Question? When I bought my Titan years ago, I wasn’t given a key fob. Is there a way to know if I am able use remote entry? I do have power locks.
