This is kinda mid, almost none of the characters have there Canon personalities. The hashira would never react with such shock and giyu would never beat him self over a mistake especially if this is pre swords smith village. I can only see rengoku,mitsuri and gyomei being sentimental While tengen,muichiro might not care. And just like giyu, shinobu also wouldn't beat herself up and since his sister is a demon shinobu wouldn't be sentimental since she expressed how not on board she was with tanjiro carrying a demon around. While I can see giyu saying sorry I don't think giyu would expect an answer from tanjiro and would just accept the fact tanjiro is mad at him. Also the title says emotionless tanjiro and from what I can see he still has feeling even if they are vengeance/guilt/disappointment/anger and multiple cases of him being petty which are things you cannot express, show, or even do without his feelings.
