Can I put wr450 cilinder and piston on wr400f ?

Can you send me the breakdown video I got one side off but it’s something holding the middle part and left together and I just can’t figure it out do i have to take the drive sprocket off and the clutch?

Alright mate love the videos I have a problem with a 110 cc engine just rebuild the gearbox and selector is sometimes stiff also can’t find neutral soon as I remove the clutch assembly I can find it, could this be a possible cause for clutch basket failure

Brooo my flywheel was rusted out I had another engine so tried to put that engines flywheel and stator on mine but the lil pin to aim you flywheel like the crankshaft lil pin it broke off so now the flywheel is on but the crankshaft is moving but the flywheel isn’t help me out.

Hi, we just bought our own YZ400F but with the engine not completely installed. In this video we see you put a bullet on the shaft before putting the bearing on top (at 6:25). In no explosion drawing the bullet is mentioned. Whey do you put it in? Thank for your respons!

Before machining the last cube freeing cut, I filled the cube with molten lead, do the last cut to detach, then melt the lead out.

Where you getting specific parts for these motors?

Figured I would see if you could possibly help me/ give me any ideas before I tear the 110 I just rebuilt back apart lol, I had checked the gears and kickstart lever as you had shown in the video, and they seemed to have been working properly at that point, but then after mounting the engine and putting the shift lever back on there is zero movement up or down, I more than likely assembled something wrong, but any advice would be great before I split the case again haha, Thanks Kindly and great videos!

I have a bike with this engine. And when I try to kick her over in neutral the kick start just drops like its not engaging, I can cycle through all the gears and when I kick her in gear on the workstand it engages and the back wheel spins. The clutch is fine and everything else seems A ok. Do you have any ideas for a fix before I split the bottom end. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated 🤷‍♂️

Great video. But when is put my engine in neutral I hear a rattling noice coming from the kickstart assembly, when I press it in I don’t hear the noise anymore. Any tips?
