@@plant.nursary thatโs what we are trying to convey. Have the skills first and then care for certificates . Plus if you are able to justify your skills then certifications do not matter at all. Lot of people have pl 300 but they cannot explain data modeling in power bi , data connections and data sampling in power bi. So is certification required : my answer will be no. Is certification good to have? Yes provided your other foundation is strong. Will I standout just because I have certification : I donโt think so .
