Maybe you know how to know when a battery is full. Do I check with the Button on the battery or check the charger when it becomes red from green? I am confused😅 please help

I have a problem in this bike. The brakes are recently rare. The brakes aren't in use but the tecnology detects the brakes are using, and the electric motor doesn't work. Any solutions here?
Does anyone having the same problem with the shifter being very hard to press? Mine is super hard, feels like i can break the plastic shifter when i press to down gear. Tried adjusting the nut to loosen n tighten the cable but no luck..
dear customer, bike will not damage. but the battery level will show in wrong. always lack of battery but actually have powerful and you never know when the battery was used up or not. So please dont change to 60V
No. only 48V for existed C93 bike. Normally higher voltage mean faster speed and more powerful motor. the battery & controller & motor need to upgrade. and front fork also upgrade as well.

Hi, I have to give the emoko C93 to my nephew for his 20th birthday. which is 1.61 cm tall. Do you think his feet touch the ground well or not? For a girl of this height and weighing 57kg can she fall easily or is the height okay? I hope you will reply soon
The tires are thin, they got punctured on the first trip to the forest, I replaced them with Simson S51 tires of their own brand, they have not been punctured yet
it support pedal. but it is better to ride is when the bike still have battery. normally it could run 45-70 even 80km, depends on the rider's weight/temperature/road situations
Sorry, it will be 170cm length which is too long for shipping. that is why we unassembled the front wheel. which country/city are you located? if you can find a shop around you and they have Emoko C93, maybe they can assemble for you. or maybe you have to buy one and take it to a bike shop and ask them to assemble for you :)
there are many factors impact the mileage: 1. weight of the rider, heavier and mileage will be less 2. road situation. better road, less hill, mileage will be longer. 3. weather: raining day or heavy wing will be also less mileage 4. temprature. summer longer and winter less if rider weigth around 70kg, it will be 50~70km
@@YourRoof the range tested with assistance 5 using only the throttle is 45-50 km with a weight of 72 kg (tests total 1000 km). The range for two people with a common weight of 122 kg using power steering 5 and only the throttle is 24-26 km.
i have a single motor c93 and I love it i’ve almost put 1000 miles on it but I want to get dual motor c93 and thank you guys for making these bikes they are amazing❤️

Finally someone has a display exactly like my e bike ! When you change the voltage do you have to change anything else to make the bike perform better ?
normally we dont suggest you to change the setting. the most important is dont change the Voltage( or say must be 48v) normally only the MPH/KM mode need to setup. due to some countries use KM but some countries use MPH
what name? do you mean want to know the Brand? Original producer is Emoko, but emoko also have some agents, they change to use their brands. that is why sometimes you can see other brand of C93 ebike.
Emoko have several battery factory suppliers, the charger will stop charge and the charger light will change to Green light automaticly one full charged. but we suggest to disconnect the charger, dont charge it too long time after full charged.
thank you for asking. There is a Switch Button, for switch Single/Dual motor mode. Yes, single motor mode is more save battery. normally use dual motor mode when: Climbing, rider is heavy(or two people), off road riding.
