What a great video. Thanks for sharing. I once visited from Melbourne my Uncle in Streaky Bay and he took me fishing on the pier. This was 1974. When the port closed to tuna fishing boats (when refrigerated boats became a thing ) then the quarry closed and there was no more work. I heard in the end my Auntie could not sell her 1/4 acre 3 b/r house and in the end just locked the doors and walked away (back to Adelaide.) Would sure like to go fishing there now.
Are they edible....In my opinion, I'd eat these before losteber/crayfish, the "blue swimmer's" are one of the most sweetest tasting shelled crustaceans I've ever tried... Fresh water "Yabbie's" take 1st place for me.
