@@eelvr-cy8ow much as I love Pavlov it lacks the immediacy some FPS have. Alvo for example has both a crouch button and jump, you can also slide while shooting... But yeah sadly only way to crouch in pavlov is physically.
I think the biggest issue I had was forgetting I can use my right hand to reload. Some things became way easier and more effective when you realize your right hand doesn't need to stay on the trigger 24/7
Shocked how good this game is. I owned Q3 since launch and just started actually using it last weekend. What a time to discover VR now that CS is launched. After work I just spend time in the lobby tutorial and play with guns and it's more enjoyable than any flat game I've ever played. Brilliant.
Actually new to Quest 3, long term PSVR player. There's nothing like this on their platform, I'm not even that much a fan of the Fornite/BR formula (quite liked extraction in cod warzone) but totally agreed: super impressed at how fun and compelling this game is. Highly recommend setting weapon smoothing to as low as possible, now running with it set to 0 and handling feels much more accurate. If you're this new to vr, will add there's a tonne of amazing vr experiences out there, if there's any particular genre that you really enjoy I can point you in some good directions.
Def a different feel from pop one. I played the beta a couple times and it was janky than not only some of the mechanics. Body armor and marking things on the map was a pain in the ass. Gun reloading takes some practice to get use to but, was a good time somewhat once you got the hang of it. Still put pop one over this version though for now, although I hate the building in pop one.
Had the same issue, finally figured it out. Grab the plate with right hand, hold near right side of chest and slide hand to the left as if slotting it into jacket pocket.
I found the game immersive most of the time, I am quite active when I play so that may not translate well for some viewers. Highly recommend the game, would be one of the only reasons I'd hop back on vr2 now.
Most chill streaming I've done too, great for leaving headset pointed at the stunning landscape during AFK moments. Gonna miss this one as my headset is back in for repair (again lol)... Looking forward to seeing some epic community builds and dare I dream some way to share them beyond downloading saves.
This game is amazing and is the psvr seller imo. It’s raytraced Minecraft without the hostiles. Visually unreal and the things that can be created is amazing
Definitely won't cater to adventurers who crave a but more action but I totally agree, it's amazing and a valuable addition to the VR2 library. I kept looking up every now and then and just had to doubletake and soak in the environment. It's just pixels but yet feels soulful and wholesome.
