It was owned by Walter White, and that caravan is where he and Jesse first worked on their 100% pure ice. Ed died in the first dark room, and you can still smell it, but I felt him. I know it.
The vendor split the freehold plot - taking c. 30% of the land off the back - and is still asking for the FULL £310k (the same starting asking as earlier this Summer) - AND that's not even getting to the state of this place on the inside and the work it would need to get it up to spec and liveable (furnished & better EPC). Bizarre expectations. Not surprised it didn't sell for the 2nd back-to-back time in a no. of months. Good luck!
Always driving past this house and wondered what it looked like from inside 😊 Wow could be transformed in to a beautiful little home 😊 Thank you for the video 👍
This property is only cash buy as it is concrete. RAAC has been used in housing especially in council properties. This property was a council property. RAAC material was likely to have been used in homes built between the 50s and 80s, in particular council housing, as it was cheap and readily available. Many houses like this property have been bought off the councils by their tenants which are now worthless previously these concrete houses were sold for 200k to 400k. Avoid buying any concrete houses. House surveyors can't confirm if RAAC was used only RAAC ENGINEER can confirm and check if these properties are safe to live. RAAC ENGINEERS are expensive and additional cost can be added to mitigate health and safety. Also this property is a semi detached if the neighbours concrete crumbles than both property will collapse same time. If one property was to be rebuild with bricks than due to neighbours house is concrete no lenders would lend on it as the property is joint semi detached and be risk of collapsing.
This was a lovely house to live in, was a happy family home for many years, we got evicted about 18 months before the fire, it’s so sad to see the state it’s in now 😢
