The place that the Jamaican woman rented out looked like a dump to me .I would not stay there.I did not see a proper foundation that the house was built on and you could see all the way though the bottom at the ground level.I have worked in construction and i did not see any pipes for running water or sewer.
I'm so sorry your Brother had to experience such a despicable tenant with his brand new home that he leased out to that BA woman and her kids. Sometimes it's not good to Section 8 out new appt/bldg. Sometimes we are own worst enemy. The land lord business can be very tricky. Sometimes you can get very good tenants from all races and other times it can be a nightmare. I went through similar story when I leased out a property that I owned in the south.

It was a clever grift to prey on people but he did exactly what was listed in the terms you signed when signing up for the fund
I think that they should level and completely rebuild the area as a part of the general redevelopment process - modern Park with Amenities, incorporating it with Sand Sand Beach on the other side. While going to or coming from the Airport or lets say .... Port Royal, visitors could stop for a viewing stroll, exercise, while have a light meal (finger food), drink or ice cream - fried fish, chips, at confectionery outlets - open concept with environmentally friendly Tables, chairs and Benches to compliment the area. Also, it would be better done, if they let an innovative construction team do the design and general erecting e.g. CHEC, or some other company with a more modern first world outlook and experience. Note - This would be an extension to the already existing walking trails made available on the Palisades Parkway or Airport Road. People are already utilizing this open concept opportunity for exercise and relaxation. I think that the idea of the Downtown waterfront Park is great, but .... it could have been better designed to incorporate the space with a more modern, elegant and ergonomic appeal - concepts and spaces utilized and with continual upgrade in focus. Also, the entire Downtown and New Kingston needs to develop a safe and modern looking Bus Terminal and Public Parking facility that would free up some of those public spaces during weekdays and other days when there are public events happening. Let the people utilize 'JUTC Loop Busses (with connecting Services). This can solve most of the transportation problem that exists in that and other sub-urban areas accross Jamaica. This is what happens in other parts of the modern world. It works like a charm. They can do better .. people who has traveled knows exactly what I am talking about. The UDC, NWA and/ or other government agencies can make it happen ...

You are not alone sister. I invested $500 & was going to invest more. I’m not a professional real estate guru however if I had $11 million dollars I would get professionals to help me invest. The man has the gift of gabe. He defrauded the black community of investors. I received a $23 dividend. All 1500 investors are not getting notifications of any meetings. A lot of the money was used on management fees and that black house which was a stupid investment. Greatly disappointed
