What if we only have a 3D model of bent sheet metal in the form of an stp file, how to convert it to a 2D model in the form of a dxf file. Is it even possible? If we have a 3D model in the form of an STP file and we want to generate a 2D file in DXF format from it, do we just need to redraw it and then convert it to DXF, or is there another, simpler way?
For those of you who were not unsuccessful in installing, you need to download the same version of unison as shown in his tutorial. It worked for me. Thanks GlobalCAD
I followed all the steps and the program is installed, but it won't open completely. When I try to open it, I only see the home screen and then it closes itself again. How can I solve this?
I successfully completed the software installation, but the program automatically shuts down after a few seconds. Is anyone experiencing the same problem? Need help. Thank you.
I'm getting the same and if you look in event viewer you will probably see application crash errors, I have a feeling this method no longer works with later versions of IntelUnison
@@gpin1120 Yeah. I tested the software on another computer and got the same result. I agree with you. Maybe Microsoft wants me to upgrade to Windiws11. But I'm going to keep using Windows10 for a while.
@@gpin1120 I used to use older versions of the software and work well on Windows10. But recently it forced me to upgrade otherwise it wouldn't work. This kind of marketing is a little bad.

For people having trouble with the powershell part, here is the solution: You need to open powershell from within the window where you stored the program. Do this by going to the folder where you just deleted the 4 files, holding shift, right clicking in an empty space in the folder, and clicking "Open PowerShell window here". The first line of your powershell window should then look something like "PS C:\My Programs\Intel Unison\WebPhonePackaging_10.12.4818.0_x64>" From there you can paste the code in the description and it will work.
Purchased: August 2023 - still works GREAT!I ru-vid.comUgkxxsUnXhGsSJLim_XnMHyQK0u3XVaW-CGn live in a studio and during the summer it gets scorching hot - really old building with no ac units. I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!
