I’m sad that this happened to you but happy you were able to overcome this. Can you share what test checked for inflammation in the body and the name of the results that shows if one has too much inflammation?
I grew up in an extremely mildewy and moldy home, and developed a lot of food allergies as well as a 'mystery illness'. For a time, I had to get my blood drawn every day. As an adult, I'm still on my own journey, but I can tell you mycotoxins can mess you up. A friend of mine literally died from black mold (and a bad reaction to the medicine they gave him.) Living by a forest, I can't really avoid mycotoxins all the time heh. But I can tell you that an ozone generator will kill mycotoxins. So I rotate and ozone generator around rooms in my house. (Follow the manual very carefully and be careful not to breathe in the ozone. Maybe ask your husband to handle it.) I probably need to bleach the AC, and I def need to see a naturopath soon. Red eyes, skin breakouts, heart palpitations, dizziness, etc. I've got all the symptoms you had. It _is_ miserable and isolating, for sure. But at least you learn who your true friends are. I'm glad you advocated for yourself and that you're starting to feel better finally. <3
Honestly that’s something I thought about after everything happened. I stopped breastfeeding a while ago, and my daughter is healthy and happy so I don’t think she was affected
girl, i had the same symptoms of vertigo/palpitations (an actual arrythmia with ectopic beats) - no mold though, it was a severe lack of vitamin D. I had it for like 4 years postpartum really badly. once i started taking vit. D and DHA it got so much better. I also had anxiety. hope you feel better soon! it's really awful to feel invalidated, I swear everyone is all like "oh it's just postpartum anxiety". i'm in the UK.
I feel like I am nissing something. Everyone i see can get like 5 oz of milk out meanwhile im here on a religious 2oz...if its the pump, how do i pick the best one? Like which pumps help get everything out?
Besides the pump, I believe is the flange size that matters the most. At first I was using one too small, not getting enough milk out and also getting clogged a lot.

You still need to detox girl mold can live in your body for years. There’s genetic pre dispositions for certain people. Naturopaths would have found it faster. I went thru it and almost died

Im not sure how i feel about the app. I got the tests and doing the scanning but the app is saying my LH was high the a day after my period ended i was spotting alittle, the day after it says "peak" today it says low now the app is saying i ovulated 2 days after my period ended i just dont think thats right it doesnt sound right. Still did the dead just incase 😂 but i just dont see how its at peak apl the tests are way lighter then the control iv used OV tests before i know to look for the dark progression.
Hi! Yes, I still find it to be really accurate and do recommend. I am not currently trying to conceive since my baby is only 8 months, but I have used it to see where I am in my cycle.
