I did the same thing with corner brackets on the doors for a project I made, then realized it complicates the panel cuts. But rather than use a face mounted bracket as you did, I learned the hole in the end of the aluminum extrusion can be tapped, and a hole drilled into the stick it attaches to. A screw goes through the hole in the extrusion channel, and threads into the newly tapped hole. Very strong, and the hardware is hidden and cheap! With this method, all the panel inserts are square cuts. Your project looks great!
Yeah definitely gonna buy this for "OnLy 89 DoLlErS" not like i can buy a high quality branch cutter for 50 bucks witch doesnt require a battery or anything like that... Yk something that will last a lifetime... Instead of this garbage for a problem that doesnt even exist... If you think this is a "good purchase" then youre an idiot
You understood what he said, right? So what's the problem? I don't see anyone getting into a fuss over saying "nineteen twenty four," instead of "one thousand nine hundred twenty four" when referring to years.
That’s not nice pal and why would you comment something like this why care if someone wants to be a little softer. You know I bet this guy respects women unlike you
I could imagine this is kind of pointless unless you’re specifically looking to trim trees while recording yourself, as a regular trimmer is an incredibly easy thing to use
Wrong. I own the Milwaukee version of this and it’s so much better and more powerful than regular hand pruners. I can cut over 1” tree branches. Try that with your cheap pruners.
Great video, very thorough watched it about three times before I attempted to do the same thing only I swapped from Limited Grill to the Platinum Grill. Wish we could post pics to the comments section that would be cool 😊
I am wondering if the Blades you installed are "Vacuuming up the leaves" Before they can be cut. I have a bagger on my Troybilt gas rider. I never changed the blades just stock. And it cuts up the leaves. Yours looks whole.
Looks like Tedious project 4 to 5 hours? And for what ? Not an improvement at all just a different look. Lets be honest Toyota dropped the ball completely on the front Grille, nothing will help it. All versions have same nasty look! I have a 2023 TRD in white and hate the grille. What I hate even more is the interior which is cheap plastic all over. The door locks are even in thin cheap plastic and you can hear it click! The entire center console is cheap, i mean beyond cheap thin plastic. Further a massive design flaw exists where seat cracks by controls. Toyota claims this is abuse, meanwhile everyone i know has them broken . Mine broke 2x already in one year and I have never ever had one break ever before in any car or truck
Be careful of the louver mounting bolts. The nuts are not fixed to the frame, just loosely captive in the plastic (square nut in a square recess). Too much torque and the bolt spins, quickly stripping the soft plastic frame, and suddenly you can't remove that bolt anymore. Had to grip the nut through the plastic with a vise grips to get the bolt free.
Would have went with piano black or some type of gloss on everything including the grille. Matte black looks unfinished especially with the platinum side badging and tailgate badge.
Cool, what do u use for CAM generating g code, how good is it with detailed 3d parts. How fast can you push it Feed, thicknes cut per pass, tool, tool speed?
What I just witnessed contradicts the reason we do breadboard ends. Glueing the entire edge does not allow the freedom for wood movement. If you are doing breadboard ends with a domino, you would glue the domino in the center on both ends, and the other domino's would only be glued on the panel side. You would not glue the entire edge of the panel. You would also do pins through the remaining domino's like you would any tenon on a breadboard. This method demonstrated I'm the video will probably be fine inside, but it would have problems in an area where moisture levels constantly change.
I just did the exact opposite I went from TRD Pro Grill to the Platinum Grill unfortunately cannot find camera bracket For the Platinum Grill any chance you still have that one you pulled off and are willing to sell it ???
Thank you for the video! I have the DeWalt DW618 but the 6 screws that came with the kit are too big and won’t fit to attach the base, what did you use?
EXCELLENT! Perfect pace with just the right amount of detail. I just got a 3018 to experiment with and your video was very helpful to get me started. I'll be subscribing and checking out your other videos. Thank you.
I can't. Believe that you have an illegal discharge inside your garage.Hate to burst your bubble, but by law.You cannot have that discharging into your garage especially if it's a natural gas dryer.
