I would hate to live in a condo building where B&B rentals are allowed. Noisy short term tourist guests in the building would drive me bonkers. And I bet waiting for the elevator is no fun.
@@chrisfr977 tickets for WA residents are roughly $41, and non-residents it is about $43 per person. You can become “a member” at different levels and have unlimited access as well per year as well as some other perks.
Glad to know more about Moore Coffee, and finally see a little bit more about Coffeeholic. Can't wait to finally taste Starbuck's Reserve, they never fail to deliver outside of Seattle.
I fell in love with this building from afar. I think I was following the top floor unit at the time. I was just curious, there are a few hospital and medical centers within a couple blocks of this building....is there any noise pollution from ambulances? or is the building great about dampening any street noise?
You’re correct about the nearby medical centers. Due to the location of the building it is pretty insulted from emergency vehicle noise and the routes they take. For example, the Virgina Mason ER is a handful of blocks away and down the hill. The windows in the Talisman have been recently replaced so they’re noise dampening. Lastly, it can also depend on the direction the unit faces. Of course, with windows open, you’ll always hear sounds of the city 😊 Thanks for watching and if you want a tour of the top floor unit, our team is happy to show it to you. It is still for sale!

It hasn’t been a farmers market in 40 years except for flowers. All those fruits and vegetable displays are food brokers, some like Sosio’s are outstanding.
Love the video! Would love to see some more footage with a wider angle lens as it captures more of the space. Thinking about some of the shots that are used in Serhant videos :)
It all has to do with the size of the unit. HOA dues are proportional to square footage. It’s only fair that the person who owns the 3+ bedroom penthouse pay more towards the building maintenance vs the 1 bedroom unit. 😊 Thank you for watching!
Oh, so glad that 99 is gone. I looked at condos years ago that had a great urban or loft vibe, but there's no way I could live with that highway out side the window.
Ah, I had a feeling it wasn't going to be inexpensive, with all of the preliminaries, about the access to various businesses, especially the furniture store. ;-D Hm, I have a feeling there's no access to parking, let alone secure parking (likely expensive)? ;-)
Those roofs are built for usage! Of course, it is always good to keep them clean and make sure water is able to easily drain into the gutters so there is no standing water. Thank you for watching! :)
I can't get over how you say 600 sq feet is large and generous. Sorry, it is not. You can live in it as a single person, but it is tight for one person, and once you add another person, it is just too darn small. I don't care how tall the ceiling is, it still is too darn small for 2.
I made the comment in the context of "studio-size condos around Pike Place Market," which tend to be between 300 and 500 sqft. By that standard, this is quite a large space for a studio. Thank you for watching our videos! :)
I noticed that this was not shot as a real estate video showing the apartment. It is totally oblivious to the fact it is a real estate sales video. They don't have the wide angle lens that can show you the room dimensions.
