Hello Laxmi, I just watched your video. Here are some suggestions for you. Anytime you buy at a real estate auction, the property is sold AS IS. So it is up to the purchasers to do their own homework. In your case, that includes the following: 1. Drive by the property 2. Do a Title Search and Taxsuit Search 3. Check any other outstanding property taxes that are not included at the auction. If you had done a Title Search before you bought it, you would have found that there were several Public Notices recorded in the Official Real Property Records of the Harris County Clerks office. These public notices are often called.... Notice of a Dangerous Building or a Notice to the owner to repair or demolish the property. and if the owner does not secure or demolish the property, then eventually the City files an Order to Demolish, giving the owner 30 to 45 days to demolish it, or the City will Demolish it. You are extremely lucky to have local news get involved and was able to convince the government officials to help out in your case. But 99% of the time, other purchasers who DO NOT DO a Title Search BEFORE they purchase an AS IS Auction property are stuck with it. Good, Bad or Ugly. I own a Title Search Company and I hire a large crew that hands out my flyers every month at the auction, trying to make sure that everyone reads it and knows the risks and does their homework before they buy something. But even if they have the flyer in their hands, some never read it, in time, and they purchase a deal that had a title problem or a Big mortgage that they didnt know about. and usually after they buy it, then they call me and ask me to do a Title Search on it and I have to give them the bad news. I am saddened to report, that the majority of time, 90% of the time, they bought a really bad deal and ended up breaking even or complelely losing their money. 10%, were lucky and accidently bought a property without any issues. We also wear bright yellow shirts that says on them.. We do Title Searches. so I dont know what else to do to help inform new buyers to do a Title Search and a Tax Lawsuit Search...Always BEFORE they buy any Tax Foreclosure Property. Feel free to contact me, if you need any future help on doing a Title Search on any Real Estate You are about to purchase. We do Title Searches all across Texas as well as the other States in the USA . Richard Cinta www.GetTitleSearches.com 281-546-8470 p.s. Hopefully this news story of yours will help to inform other new buyers to do their homework before they buy any real estate deals or auction properties. Good Job in being resourceful and finding a unique way to get a very unusual an unlikely refund on your deal. Its very rare for that to happen!

If you bring data through Import Mode from SQL Data base. And you want to create a calculated column. Better to create it at the database itself or in PQE . Also some Data Transformations better to do at SQL Data base or PQE . ( SQL data - Import Mode Only) Which way is preferred performance wise for Import Mode data from SQL
