Hi Jacob, I have transcripts in a sealed envelope from my college which I took in the year 2018. That time I wanted it for canada immigration. Now since I have this ready can I send it to zab for comparability?? Just concerned about date mentioned which is 2018.
I want to apply for masters but my Bachelor's University is h+/-. Will getting a ZAB statement of comparability help me in application process as according to new guidelines uniassist is not forwarding applications of students from a h+/- status? PLEASE REPLY, IT WILL BE REALLY HELPFUL.

Can i apply for ZAB with my provisional certificate? Where we need to upload the degree certificate its mentioned over there - Degree Certificate, Final or Provisional in English. But i don’t know it will get accepted or not. Anyone tried before?
should be in English! unless you can speak German language very fluently then your CV should be in German. but if you're still learning German then your CV should be in English
Hi everyone i need urgent help. So while filling up the application it says that zab transcript of records for the entire degree program to be submitted by the university by email or by post. But my university does not provide any such services. I have hard copies with me but it says it has to be submitted only via university. I am here in Germany and have no access to go to college. Hey, the best thing you can do is to ask your Uni to attest/notarise the transcripts as per ZAB's requirements and put it in a SEALED envelope. Then your friend/relative can pick it up from the Uni and courier it to ZAB directly without tampering with the seal. Yes your Uni will not directly send the transcripts by courier, but if the attest and seal the envelope, your friend can courier it for you. Hope this helps :)

Hey Jacob, thanks for such insightful information. However, there is a question that keeps bugging me. Does ZAB require indian certificates to be uploaded by the concerned universities? Or, can we upload apostilled and notarized documents by ourselves?.. Please answer...😊
Hey you should do it yourself on the ZAB portal. Login and upload the notarised documents. In some cases (please read the instructions after you login to ZAB), you may need to courier the physical documents. In that case, get the notarised documents sealed in an envelope by your university and don't tamper with that seal. Then courier that envelope to ZAB.

Funds are necessary because they want to know if you can sustain yourself at 1000 euros/month for 12 months. So if u show blocked account for 12 months, then your bank statement can have around 1L or less is also ok, as long as U have accommodation and flight one way proof
not directly... you need to apply to a college first and get accepted then go through their process. One way to avoid blocked account is if you have any friends or relatives in Germany willing to take responsibility for you. They have to write a letter saying that you will stay with them and they'll help you financially.

What exactly do you mean by "good bank statement"? You can start building your bank statement from now onwards. create a new bank account and start maintaining funds because your VFS appointment will be after 6-9 months only even if you start the process today and u need to show 6 months bank statement.. you could even just show 3 months bank statement.
Hi kartik here i have done my degree through distance education so what all documents i need to submit at embassy and do we need to submit a transcript also there is a problem in my name i mean in degree and marksheet its Karthikeyan and in passport it is Kartikeyan so there is difference of h and i so will this affect in rejection of my visa
If your degree and Uni satisfies option 1 pathway then just take printouts of Anabin. Having ur degree certificate and transcripts will be helpful. Distance education is ok. If option 2 pathway, then go through ZAB with ur degree documents I'm not sure about your passport issue, but I think it's better to change your name in passport asap.. it will take only few weeks. Good for future use too.

Visa decision just give it 90 days as a conservative time. Yes u can extend the visa for 2 more years, my calculated guess is that it depends on if you really applied to many jobs, did you get any interviews, is your job in demand, have you been doing part-time casual jobs to support yourself, do you have earnings from your part-time jobs that helped your stay. And if u have been learning German or making an attempt to integrate with society, that'll be a good thing too

Which country and city did you apply from? If you got your application to the German Embassy, please wait atleast 90 days. If there's anything wrong with your application they will email you and ask for more documentation, otherwise you should receive a visa decision soon. Good luck!
When you're comparing interest rates or investing returns between India and else where, also consider currency exchange rate fluctuations. Rupee has dropped a lot in value in the past.
That's not correct. The digital version of your certificate is enough for ZAB compatability statement. there is no need to send it physically to germany since the beginning of 2024
Not true. It depends, sometimes ZAB asks you to send physical copies of your transcript to their office. So I have described the process for those students in the video.
@@AliAlKhateeb-b1e If your University is from India, then there's a high chance they will ask for your transcripts to be mailed by post. Not for all, but for most. It depends, you will see it when you start applying online and if they ask for it.

Not needed. If you're just going to say Hardworking, Passionate, self motivated, team player, etc.. then it's just generic stuff and everyone is going to write that. Just omit this summary section so that the recruiter can concentrate on the important stuff :)
