Flipnotes are created from Nintendo 3Ds/2Ds on the app called "Flipnote Studio 3D" or Nintendo DSi app called "Flipnote Studio". (Some DSi devices may have pre installed the flipnote app) It is like a digital flipbook, people could create animations or art.

Yes and No, I only post/share flipnote animations. If it's just art, then posting somewhere else is recommended. I upload because of various reasons, can't be just one reason. I hope you're glad to see the flipnotes on this channel because if it's someone else, they won't respond to anyone if they ask/request to delete them
