80% Is good enough if you’re not trying to stand out from the crowd. I’m a plumber. 80% is completely unacceptable acceptable. If I have to go back and fix 20% of my work, I’d be out of business in six months. Being a slacker might work in corporate America, but anything less than striving to be the best won’t get you far as an independent contractor. Can you imagine if I said, “I completed 80% of your drain. I left the other 20% uninstalled because some lady said 80% is good enough”😂😂😂😂
Great interview. Not sure what all these comments are about interrupting. It sounded like a relaxed conversation of two good friends talking. It has been great seeing Taysom always giving his all throughout the years.
Yes Kristin! Be creators of balance… you don’t find it, you create it. Great interview with a Mom of 6! Kristin is a champion of authenticity and connection ❤
I have met Nick many times! Had the privilege of being his sons roommate. The example and love I feel around him is truly genuine. Hope to see him as a reoccurring guest in this podcast!
Don't be deceived. The consort of the antichrist will claim to be Jesus the Messiah and will perform many miraculous signs. The majority of the Christians will be gone - via the rapture of the saints. It will seem like the end of the world, so when this false 'Jesus' arrives, throngs of people will accept him. But beware- when the real Christ Jesus comes back, he will do so with a sword and with judgement. Read it for yourself.
No, not everyone is going to have a party when he comes. Read the Book of Revelation and you will see that most of the world will mourn because they denied Christ. The Bible pulls no punches. Not all ways lead to God. Christ clearly said that He was THE way, THE truth, (not a path, not a truth) and that NO man could come to the Father EXCEPT through Him. Only 3 choices with that: if Christ lied then Christianity is false and Islam is wrong because a true ‘prophet of God’ would not lie, if Christ was simply a lunatic, then He cannot be trusted and Islam is wrong again since God would not send a lunatic to be His prophet, or Christ spoke the truth and the ONLY way to the Father God is through Christ. Pretty clear what the choices are. But YOU must decide. God will not force you. He shows us the truth, He attempts to persuade us, but He will not Force us.
And that doesn’t take into consideration that the final days in Christianity is the inverse of Islam. In Christianity, you have the Antichrist and the false prophet versus Jesus. In Islam, you have two messianic figures, Isa Masih and the Mahdi, versus the false prophet, Dajjal. In other words, Christianity teaches that it’s two deceivers versus the Messiah and in Islam it’s two messianic figures versus a deceiver. These views are diametrically opposed. Choose Christ the Son.
We dont believe that Jesus lied or was a lunatic, be believe that Christian leaders, mainly Paul in the beginning, changed and added things to the faith. For example, the Trinity didn't exist in Christianity until the first council of nicea. Also, revelation was written in modern Turkey by John of Patmos almost 100 years after Jesus supposedly died. The author absolutely never talked to any of the prophets including Jesus, except his book is still accepted as biblical canon for some reason?
That seems to be everyone's answer to everything when they don't like their parents these days. You have absolutely zero context for these people's relationship other than the parents being concerned about spoiling their children.
