Thanks for shearing this knowledge 🙏🙏 I did follow this procedure and it came out fine. Then I bottled and packaged it without putting it in the fridge or freezer, like you said it can last 3 month without putting it in the fridge but after a week mine started gassing and the bottles became big and fat though it didn’t loss it’s taste when I open one out of it but you holding the fat zobo bottle you will think it’s spoilt already. Pls what could have gone wrong

Okay, noted on background music. For more than 5 litres, you can calculate and increase qty of preservative but always check with the taste as explained in the video.
I followed this procedure but my zobo drink git spoilt. Though i added lots of different fruits in the mixture including dates. I kept it in the frige after when we had light off. They all went bad😢
I haven't used colouring in zobo, the leaves are strong enough. Use the shredded zobo leaves for a deep colour. If you still insist on adding colouring, try Foster Clark.
Mine has never gotten sharp. It always taste sharp immediately if you added too much, that is why you remove small to compare both taste as same before packaging.

Depends on your area. I sell 1 bottle(35cl) at N300 in 2024. Some areas sell N500. It depends on your production cost and packaging. You can buy bottles and sealing nylon from Ojota, Lagos.
