Hi, your work really is inspiring, do you use Ply for your top and bottom layers, with maybe MDF in the middle? Or all MDF with a base layer of ply? Thanks for showing your work
Thank you! I make the front and back layers from plywood. Because I want the back to look good too. Sometimes customers want engraving on the back. All others are from MDF
Hello engineer I have a new Canon ColorWave 3600 printer. I do not have an installation manual and it is new. I need the user manual. Thank you for your cooperation I need a user manual or a video tutorial
@@HandmadeArtBg You make 2 copies of the contours and cut the odd contours on one and the even contours on the other. Then the overlap is your gluing surface and the other lines help with placement. You need some supports and a skirt around the outside but it sounded like the plan was to frame up all around anyway. Old povo architecture student physical model making trick for penny pinching.
I think I didn't make this map with lasermapmaker because I found this site later. But there is always quite a bit of manual work with the water layers. I often trace them and then process them in CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator.
I talked to the vendor trying to understand their subscription. If I pay for the service what the credits mean. Nothing they told me made sense. Does that mean I am limited to 10 creations or what. Very confusing. They could at least in plain English explain what a credit is. Not explained at all.
I think 1 credit means 1 export layer. So if you have 2 layers to cut and 1 to engraving, that's 3 credits. But yes, I agree that it could have been more clearly explained.
@@HandmadeArtBg I want to buy one to engrave stainless steel pendants for my bracelet brand, It has low cost but I don`t know if it`s powerful enough to engrave this material without it looks like cheap or superficial, that`s why I am asking if it only paints or engraves
Very Cool! I made this map last week, as a gift for my wife, and she loved it! I've been thinking about adding resin to maps, and now this really makes me want to try it. Thank you for the inspiration!
Nice, as always ! If you apply a layer of varnish to the wood before applying the resin, can this prevent the wood from absorbing the resin? Cheers from France !
There isn't really a specific site. I use many different ones because the information is different. Some have for lakes only, others for seas and oceans. And there is a lot of manual work involved
In the event that you had a roll of 80 gm paper and the curve that makes the time of printing creates a problem, what do you recommend to avoid the curve? are there any accessories??
